@@Deffine "" Color primaries : BT.2020 Transfer characteristics : PQ Matrix coefficients : BT.2020 non-constant "" youtube does have an HDR compliant copy, i'm assuming you're getting that info from "stats for nerds", which means you're device/browser/app version doesn't support HDR.

This is absolutely georgeus. One of the best true HDR + deep black videos I've seen so far. It looks AMAZING on both my NOTE 8 and my LG C7 OLED Tv.

I'm not satisfied with my C8. It is not playing m2ts files and also the sound stutters when I play Deepwater Horizon(hevc 10 bit 4k video). Do you think this is resolved if I update sysyem frmware as I haven't updated any yet?

If you have a high enough model then it likely has better colours than an IPS monitor many thousands of dollars more. I cannot remember its name but I have a relatively high-end 1280x1024 professional monitor that has colours that rival my UHD27 Cintiq.

@@Squadalha It really is a treat. I did not get better colours until today when I got the LG 27UL500 on sale. It may be only entry level HDR but it still looks fantastic.

This video is created to showcase contrast ratios and black levels. CRTs, OLEDs and Plasmas are all able to achieve near perfect blacks. LED TVs struggle with that

Watching this on my Pioneer Kuro Plasma TV and the contrasts are great and HDR is not needed. I switched to my computer LCD monitor and it didn't look good and was washed out. Seems HDR was technology developed to give LCD a Plasma/CRT level of contrast.

Bubulus Lustikus please help, is this monitor 32gk850g good for gaming? In terms of ghosting, smearing, black crash.....? I gave up from IPS panels, glow and bleed are awful, i tried so many IPS: pg279q, xb271hu, xg2703-gs, fuck all of them, glow and bleed and blacks are bullshit. I LOVE BLACK, this is why i want VA, but i am afraid from ghosting, smearing,... your feedback please, and how good colors pop up are? Thank u

@@raytastic2461 I have 4K on my phone 😀, it's even an Oled panel with a 21:9 aspect ratio. The Sony Xperia 1, check it out because it came out in July this year (2019) but it is not the first phone with a 4K panel (it is the first one with an OLED 4K 21:9 cinematic panel though).

It's only a perfect black as long as the room is perfectly dark. The minute you have any light, the highly reflective glossy screen will become as bright as the room.

It's defenitely not a perfect Black (I'm watching it on a Samsung Galaxy S8) and the Black in the Background is more like dark grey But there are other demo Videos that have really perfect black...
