QUESTION: Can you please take a close look at the blooming challenges? I don't suspect a whole lot of blooming problems since I don't get a lot of issues from my U8H in HDR, but that's literally the first thing you hear from the OLED naysayers. I'm not expecting it to beat OLEDs at this, but knowing where it struggles would be nice to see.

The brightness of my screen is the power through the darkness of these HDR movies and I have 65 U8K OK high sense and it does a damn good job blasting through the HDR darkness

I could have sworn they said the entire U8N line up was gonna be VA panels at CES this year. I remember this specifically because 75 inch is my target size, and I had nothing but trouble with the ADS panel on the U8K last year, so I was happy to hear the news. I’m hoping the ADS panel info for the 75” U8N was a posting error. As for your upcoming review, I really want to know about the on-board audio, specifically where all the 2.1.2 speakers are placed, and if you can hear distinct stereo separation or surround effects because of them. Thanks!

However, can I ask if you confirm from your reviews that upscaling quality of Hisense TV's is not as good as the upscaling of LG, Samsung and even TCL? I'm afraid of that aspect as I'm used to watch a lot of non 4K content through my external Sat receiver (HDMI). Best regards.

Hisense has come a long way in a short time. Looks pretty nice. I'll definitely consider it in a larger size. I hope they make plenty of 100" this year. Last year during black Friday they were gone so fast. 🤬😔

@@Legenkilla it’s great for the price. There’s literally nothing better for the price. Also the speakers are actually really loud and have a built in subwoofer. It’s nothing crazy but when you compare it to a regular tv there’s a huge sound difference. It’s also pretty snappy. What did you hear? I took my U7k back for this one and I’m glad I did.

@@Legenkillaso far it’s been good. I do wish I had the 65” because so much more dimming zones but it would be too big for my bedroom. I only use it for movies and KZfaq. I do have a series x I can play but I’m mostly on PC. For what I use it for so far no problems. Picture is great also!

Are you reviewing the bravia 7? I like the new format, I think the biggest thing I like seeing is all the different types of content, KZfaq, High quality movies streaming and sports. Picture quality and motion are the biggest things for me, I feel like we all just want a TV where we can watch high quality movies and sports smoothly

You have many good videos, but I have a question that I have not seen answered before. How well do these hold up when powered on 24/7? In need of a quality budget TV that has little issue with that. The Hisense U8H lasted 13 months, but issues started right at 12 months. The repairman just just left today after he destroyed the screen (warranty repair thing) and left me without anything until Hisense gets back in touch with me. In market again now

I just got the 55u7n on sale for $549, I was looking at the 8, but I couldn't justify getting a 55 for $899. I love it so far, my only gripe is the processing power, it's not as refined as the Sony's. But it's also half to price.

@@ShowNews369 I love it, but it does have the occasional stutter when navigating Google TV. The picture is amazing, it's very bright, The sounds is amazing for the price. The Sony's have better processors, and have better integrated sound, in oleds have deeper blacks. on sale right now for $599 for the 55, and $799 for the 65. The U8N 55 IS ON SALE FOR $799.

I prefer bright tv viewing. The 65 inch in the video was a va panel and was bright. Over time are va panels as bright as IP's panels? Possibly compare an IPS panel from Sony or lg against this va panel.

The display company --either Accidentally or with huge Eror that Falsely label it with (IPS/ADS) panel. They must have an really poor IT staff. THEY have ADS-PRO. That DIFFERNCE is night n DAY with IPS/ADS. Its the Iphone 15-pro vs iphone 15. ADS-PRO has 2X contrast ratio of ADS panel. i know what Ips panel look like. Those ADS-PRO are very crisp. So for Tech Company calling ADS-PRO,,,,as IPS/ADS is like calling F1-race care Hydrogen fuel as VW Jetta gas. ⛽️

I hve seen ADS-PRO in 75” U8K in person . THEY LOOK identical to Samsugn S95C (day time ) once tweaked. They are insane visual. Sony X95L X93L, (most likely R7) have infamous Rainbow 🌈 smear. ADS-PRO is FULL Gloss panel n vrey crisp.

They Heavily PROMOTE it , they call that BLACK vibrant panel lol. 😆 I have been looking for that ADS-PRO since last year. So when U8N U9N launch in China, d First thing I was looking for was “if its ADS-PRO” . IT has Same --ADS-PRO panel that U8K 75” has. That -Display Specifications site is 🧐MESSED UP 🆙 They PUT Samsung Qn90C ADS-PRO, also Hisense U8K , Hisense U8N , pretty much anything ADS-PRO as : IPS/ADS. THATS Major error. I think u might want to address that! Cuz u are announcing that “its IPS” :P

There is quite a lot of black smearing in various dark scenes shown. It looks quite bad, actually... For example, at 6:23, take a look at the eye openings on a helmet. That is bad.

@@TechSteve No no, its not on your side, this issue is related to VA slow response in darker transitions, which causes black smearing. All VA type lcd tvs have it, but their severity vary. This TV has quite a lot of it, though which is not great news.

I’m seeing that the 55 u8k is beating the 55 u8n for some reason. And for whatever reason, Hisense tends to purposely make the 55inch inferior to the bigger sizes. It was the same with the 55u8k vs the 65. It’s pretty annoying.

6:20 incorrect. Motion rate is not synonymous with refresh rate. It is a 240hz TV with a 480 motion rate. As a TV reviewer, I'm very disappointed in you.

It’s a 4K 144Hz TV the can support 240Hz inputs at 1080p with VRR.

The brightness of that screen is to power through the darkness of the HDR pictures the HDR material because it’s so dark most TVs can play HDR TV material because it turns out to be just a black mess
