Hispanics, Asians, and Middle Easterners all benefit from the Black-led civil rights movement and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. They have benefitted from affirmative action as well. And that's a fact. Many Hispanics claim to be a "white" ethnic group and the U.S. census incorrectly classifies them as such. If the truth were to be told, however, Hispanics are a mixture of the 4 major races. They are the "5th race." What's problematic with this Hispanic Repulican female's perspective is that Blacks and other groups have foot the bill for billions in tax dollars to pay for the 2 million illegal Hispanic immigrants who enter the country, annually, and who recieve opportunities denied to Blacks! Why doesn't she have a problem with this persistent issue? Unfortunately, many Blacks are not cognizant of the extent to which Caucasian racism has influenced the psyches and behaviors of Hispanics and Asians toward Black Americans. Hopefully, their eyes are being opened to the truth about the complexity of race-relations in America.
