10:10 "decrease in smooth muscle layer" for an artery don't you mean increase in smooth muscle layer?

I think it is better called Purkinje "fiber" (or cells of the purkinje fiber) rather than Purkinje "cell" so as not to confuse it with the Purkinje cells of the cerebellum. Good video nonetheless!
