I watched this high, and I suddenly began to wonder if CGB was high for all this too. It made the viewing much more interesting, imagining we were simultaneously high for this endeavor, especially when you hear things like, "I think I'm going to turn this servo into an egg."

wow, extraordinary deck and playing. the game against Merle was particularly fun. sad to see mono blue challenge come to a close though. historically speaking, for 20+ years of dueling mono blue is the bane of my gaming existence. side comment: i'm struggling to conjure up the most effective use of midnight clock. show me the way CGB

I don't know if it's true, but I've heard that usernames on Arena can be repeated. That's why there's that number at the end of it when you want to challenge some one. I thought about this when you were playing against Thelona. I'm not saying it's NOT him... but I was wondering if it's true that names can be repeated and people might make accounts with the names of popular streamers.

They need to add like, a selection of the power house cards of Modern, and famous cards. Like, add the Phyrexian Praetors - Elesh Norn laughs at Field of the Dead combo decks. Though just imagine turn 3 Nissa, turn 4 VORINCLEX.

unfortunately just like ethereal absolution, elesh norn gets stolen by agent of treachery for the absolute beatdown lol. really a shame that field of the dead isnt gonna be banned in historic. it's gonna ruin that format even worse than it dried out standard

I guess for the color challenge you are not going to do multicolor or uncolored (artifacts) decks... For one, I want to see what you come up with red without cavalcade... what can be done with a more midrange deck

don't really care for historic, just came to thumbs up, but watched intro and decided to stay :) edit: was not disappointed! It didn't occur to me before, but I guess since there's no reward for historic and it's only for fun, people are going more for jank than first kills.

@@GerbertFritz It's just the regular play queue. Start building a new deck and select "historic" from the deck type (you can also do it from the deck details screen where it shows the breakdown of creature counts and stuff). Then you just select that Historic Deck for the "Play" queue and BAM, Historic.
