I always thought it was a bit of a missed opportunity to not give Dr Mindbender some sort of hovering platform, like Serpentor or Iron Grenadiers' Destro... he's already halfway towards looking ike a jacked Dr Eggman/Robonik from Sonic anyway, might as well go all-in!

Instead of walking around in a white lab coat (like all the other evil mad scientists do) Dr. Mindbender is walkin around bald-headed in purple pants with knee-high biker boots with no shirt on with a cape accented with 2 Cobra logos and handle-bar mustache with a Monacle! Doing an Open carry with the pistol on his hip.....And.....he's sportin a nut cup made outta steel! _nuff said_ !

He's just an ex orthodontist to boot- and the fans are expected to blindly believe that he can create the BATs, the Star-Viper, the Hydro-Sleds and still also create Serpentor?
