I can only imagine how it feels to have your carefully researched video mercilessly downvoted by fanatics who seemingly refuse to believe what centuries of archaeological, historic and historiographical research have proven - that Armenians and their predecessors inhabited the South Caucasus, and what is now Eastern Anatolia, for thousands of years before the arrival of the Turks.

Yes under the rule of Tigranes The Great Armenia ocupied Jerusallem and reached up to Egyptian borders. But his influence was much larger, he defeted parthians, the king of Nabatea banded his knee infront of him, also Tigran allied with Pontus, he defeted Rome multiple times exp. Lucullus but in the end lost to Pompeus The Great, anyway he held the true armenian borders and Armenia was indipendant for a long time. I hope it's interesting.

At certain periods of history, these cities belonged to different empires, and by your logic, these cities have many owners. Just as Eastern Anatolia is Armenian land, it is also the land of the Kurds, the land of the Assyrians, the land of the Greeks, and the land of the Turks. My friend, do not misunderstand me, I do not deny that the Armenians settled in this region before the Turks, and I do not deny that the Armenians had a states , as shown in this video. The Turks came to this geography in the 9th and 11th centuries and settled in these territories after their arrival, and ruled over these territories for most of their history. Just because they came later, you cannot claim that these lands did not belong to the Turks, and by this logic it is necessary to question the copyrights of much of the world . .These lands belong to all these people, but the political process has led to the exile of these people from their lands. I want the Armenians living in Karabakh to live in peace with the Azerbaijanis, just as I want the Azerbaijani Turks, who once made up the majority of the population in Yerevan, to return to their homeland and live in peace.Now the only thing we have to do is to respect the international borders of the states if we want to live in peace. Just as I do not claim Yerevan's Azerbaijani land, you should not claim that Baku is Armenian land. As for the Karabakh / Artsakh issue, I can say that the best solution to this issue is to two people live in peace as they used to before in this land , but we see that both countries are not interested in it and they only care for themselves . As a result ,I want these people to live together again, but this will not happen if the Armenians do not accept that Karabakh is an international territory of Azerbaijan.

Actually, I thought you were a Crimean Tatar, not Turkish. But tbh, you're pretty much cousins so... In any case: 1) your videos are great and it's sad that not so many people are watching videos regularly 2) I think you should consider to do either "History of Eastern Slavs" (although you made earlier "History of Rus" video) or "History of Ukraine" because Ukraine had and still has some kind of cooperation with Crimean Tatars 🇺🇦 And as an Ukrainian who knows something about history (especially I need to know it because of ongoing Russian-Ukrainian war), I think I can say so - Crimean Tatars and Ukrainians have a long history of conflicts and cooperations.

I have a question with Armenians can you tell me what was Armenian population in the mainland Armenia after 13th century like after Mongol and Timurlang inversions cuz it says that in 13th century you had population of 6 milion but after that it's nothing did you migrated because of the invasions or was there massacres like in georgia I'm Georgian myself I'm just curious I would be very grateful if anyone could explain

Sorry for late response but yes some Armenians did die during the mongol campaigns but the Zakarids and Lillye Armenia submitted preventing a massacre of the Armenians

Mitanni has nothing to do with Armenia. They were Indo-Aryans elites who ruled over a Hurrian and mixed Arab populous. They also did not have the boundaries of Armenia. Every Armenian tribe lived near the 3 vital lakes, Yerevan, Van and Urmia.
