I would've liked Klarion as an anti hero. Dude just wants to explore more magic and happens to have dark magic. They just turned that into evil and I'm sad they didn't use it like that until he befriended Tim. Goth kid is underrated

I feel that Klarion is a pretty good character with a lot of potential; it'd be good to see a bit more of him. Also I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on the animated versions of Klarion. (and possibly other characters; maybe a video on how things get changed from comics to movies/cartoons?)

I always liked seeing Klarion pop up in the animated shows. I was always a huge fan of Entrigan, and they seemed to always pop up together. Have you read the Injustice Year Three? Klarion pops up in there for a while. Seems like DC really doesn't know what to do with the character.

Thank you for making this video, after I watched this I ordered the first issue of Grant Morrison's Klarion. I really appreciate these videos you make because it helps new comers to comic books find things that they would enjoy (Like me and the Klarion comic)

Klarion is still my favorite underrated character in DC comics, and despite everything I've heard of the new 52 klarion I still want to read it. That being said grant Morison is my favorite version and will remain so until I see a good modern version of him. Anyhow so my question is will you ever touch on Uriah? Or is there not enough info about him to do a video? I've seen him in a zatanna comic and in the klarion red robin two parter comic, is that all there is? If not that's a shame and I think if they were to remake a klarion comic that Uriah should be his rival. Like the joker to batman and lex luthor to superman.

I wasn't a big fan of the Witch Boy until DC Abridged. I loved there version of him and looking at the different version of him in Batman, Justice League, and Young Justice, I have to admit the little hellspawn has grown on me.

Maybe u could do a show where u go into a further detail on an entire arc or character with way more detail including spoilers. Thx very much for the video and the previous one! I'm so glad you agree with the series from Nocenti being the WORST EVER! They almost completely messed the character up (behaviour, language, appearance, intentions etc). My favourite's King Kirby's version along with the one from Injustice.

That stand alone series was my starting comic... oh ya I thought it was so bad because I was used to Manga story telling, thankfully I soon found out that no, it just suffered from horrific writing. I have since read the Grant Morrison version ( and have collected nearly all of his 05-06 7 soldiers comics) and holy shit that version is fantastic! I wish they would go more into that story line.

I was so excited for the Klarion solo series after seeing him in the Futures End tie in and seeing the art. Sadly the writing was just so poor and even though the art was very interesting it didn't help with the chaos that was that book.

no offend to comic storian but I much more enjoy hearing it from u. Just my preference. I know I loved ur history of doom patrol. I only dont like parts where u tell me to read it for myself cuz I know I wont lol. I just dont get as into it untill I started watching ur videos honestly. I can only read like one maybe two mangas. Outside that books comics and most long reading sessions are lost on me cuz I lose interest fast. Plus's ur videos r great at work. So yeah longer videos like ur doom patrol one and actually getting the finales of stories would b great. Just include a spoiler alert for ur hardcore readers. Just saying yeah their maybe other channels but y give ur views to someone else wen its u they want to see. Dont sell urself short with short videos lol I demand more Faust lol.
