I remember Morbius fondly from Spidermam the Animated Series, which had reruns on Jetix back in the early 2000s when I was born. I always thought he was a cool character and how he was, at least in the show, a monstrous counter to Spiderman, since he got his powers from a radioactive bat bite. So I was hyped when I saw he was getting his own movie

Just to let you know. The Spiderman 90s Morbius character was changed. Because its a kids show, they didn't allow Morbius to suck blood through his teeth. They changed it to sucking blood through his palm. I believed that sh* for years. After watching Variant Morbius, now I know its bullsh

I like to imagine Morbius' Transformation into a Living Vampire could be a nifty nod to Dracula awakening on the Boat to England in the Bram Stoker Novel... Probably not, but It's a nifty thought for me.

this was actually a damn good movie . and because it was box office flop makes it better . because I am tired of the sequel treatment . all those equals actually ruin the movie . they should have left Michael Keaton in the actual movie , it would have been nice to have the scenes of Mobius passing by the picture of Spider-Man that says murderer . the I am venom joke made no sense . Andy post credit should have been martine Bancroft .

The movie was underwhelming but I think Jared Leto did a great job portraying Morbius. Morbius wasn't a bloodthirsty killer in the movie though. Turns out the "Doctor" was the blood thirsty killer the entire time!

His comics are pretty great and I love their unique art style like the issues where he fights Basilisk. After seeing the movie it wasn’t nearly as bad as everyone said it was. Fan4stic and WW84 still exists and I’m willing to bet 90% of the people saying he shouldn’t have ever been adapted to film cause he’s a boring character haven’t read a single Morbius comic.

There was a Spider-Man comic of a disabled man that would sit on the roof all day and Morbius appears one day saying he could help him. It’s a really good story and the art is brilliant.

Morbius is the second anti-hero of Spider-Man after Venom and the second Spider-Man in the Sony Spider-Man's Universe. I wish i can see Madame Web's history and origins!!

I really liked the movie as well. The plot was a bit rushed, and the script a bit clunky, but I think the film served its purpose: you learned who Michael Morbius is, what his powers are, and how he acquired them from the Vampire bats.

Man I just got back from seeing it. Yeah it was pretty empty. It's It's damn shame, the cast was great, the makeup was spot on, but the story was kind of weak and they ripped off several different movies, The Matrix especially. I liked the American Werewolf in London nod, though

I got joy from the movie and it intrigued me enough to actually go read the morbius comics which I am thoroughly enjoying. I know the movie isn’t great but film is subjective and what some think is trash is someone else’s treasure.

Morbius was a good movie it does suffer the phase 1 problem where they fight basically themselves. The post-credits were heavy-handed but as morbius can I definitely would have recommend it to other fans. The brutality in the fights are great and would love to see him vs Spiderman!

that watered down version sucked . I go right back to the comics , & vampire tales from the 1970s . my friend morbius stuff a young girl from getting abducted by a cult that was going to sacrifice her . the only reason why he stopped them is because he was originally going to feed on her .

I lIke the morbius movie it does what you aspect it to be a character arc of the character, it knows it's a comic book film unlike some film that's been out lately, I like solid character arc film like this with characters not really will unknown like morbius the Living vampire, first time I knew of morbius was in Spiderman tas but I really like the fis origin better,I hope this film does well because it a decent film

Superlative dialog! Marvel during that era slayed on the drama speak. As comics Clint Barton once said, "So I threw in some Corny Thor Talk and..."😂 BTW...Marvel Team-Up was an important title of the time (pre limited series days) and was used to tie up a lot of continuity, so if you get a chance to read those issues, you should.

I 1st saw Morbius in the Spider-Man TAS series and there he was a fellow student/scientist with Peter Parker experimenting on Vampire Bats and drains PLASMA instead of blood and it was through the palms of his hands instead of biting them. And was Morbius a part of the NightStalkers as well? With Blade?

The morbius film had so much potential… it could’ve been the next Fly or Thing… using body horror and imagery…. Instead it was rushed with little character development… why doesn’t Sony give a shit about good films? They do know they’d make more money in the long run right?
