About The Speaker:
Meenakshi Jain is a historian interested in cultural and religious developments in ancient and mediaeval India. Her recent publications include Vasudeva Krishna and Mathura (2021); Flight of Deities and Rebirth of Temples (2019); The Battle for Rama: Case of the Temple at Ayodhya (2017); Sati: Evangeli-cals, Baptist Missionaries, and the Changing Colonial Discourse (2016); Rama and Ayodhya (2013); The India They Saw: Foreign Accounts of India from the 8th to mid-19th Century, 3 vols., (2011); and Parallel Pathways (2010).
In 2020, she was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India for her contribution in the field of literature and education.

Dr. Jain you have missed one most important thing to mention Ie; The Heliodorous Pillar (8.5 feet tall) which was a part of a great temple bulid for Lord Vasudev Krishn in 2nd century BCE (≈ 2200 yrs ago) and how the locals of the place where the pillar was situated continuously worshipped the pillar for more than 2000 years acknowledging it as a very sacred site The inscription itself mentions that this temple is built for deva devasu Vasudev (The god of gods Vasudev) It remarks as one of the earliest temples bulid for worship of Lord Krishn along with Sri Dwarkadhish Temple (2200-2500 years old)

@@linguistme6870Yeah there are so many and the most interesting fact is most of the inscriptions about Lord Krishn, worship of Lord Krishn and Bhagavatism are several centuries before common era (Ie; more than 2200 yrs old)

Only the unauthorised portion of 3.3 acres of Masjid needs to be evicted and vacated by orders of the court based on the original land deed owned by Sri Krishna Janma bhumi Trust. All I want to say that case of Mathura is having clarity on all issues and not likely to take much time, not more than three to five years, say 2029 or earlier Hopefully by 2029

Shakyamuni Kshatriya, by taking birth in the Sanatan tree, created the branch of Sanatan Buddhism, there is no other truth contrary to this truth. Similarly, Guru Nanak Dev Ji has been seen as creating the branch of Hinduism in Sikhism and other religions too. . Sanatan is the originator of everything. Due to the principles and rules created by Moola, the Kaal Chakra, Mahakaal Chakra are moving in the entire universe, hence the need for change from era to era, from Kalpa to Kalpa is necessary for human life due to the existence of rules. Mathura archeology shows that it grew from a small village to a town between 1100 and 500 BCE. Therefore, Kamsan can not be a king of a village and therefore kamsan and krishna can not be earlier than 500 BCE !

The teacher did great penance to be the teacher of Shri Krishn Paramatma and Shri Krishn just gave him the fruits of his penance We all know that, all these are just divine plays of Lord Krishn, no one can be the teacher of Paramatma 🕉️🪔

Hey what do you know about Krishna Yajur Veda , Krishna is much before Chand Upanishads. Sorry what about the Bhagavatam ? You are a contemporary historian not really from our original vedas? You are not a relevant to Hinduism scriptures

According to archeologists and historians, The oldest text Rigved was written in between 1500-2000 BCE (3500-4000 yrs ago) And Yajurved, Samved, Atharvaved etc were written in 1000-1200 BCE (3000-3200 yrs ago) And the era of Mahabharata is dated between 1200-1500 BCE (3200-3500 yrs ago) Chhandogya Upnishad along with the Brihadaranyak upnishad is the oldest upnishad belongs to the Samaved can be dated to 800-1000 BCE (≈ 3000 yrs ago)

Krishn Yajur Ved just means Black Yajur Veda and not particular verse mentions Shree Krishna unless one accepts Vishnu Ji is Krishna of course

@@linguistme6870Srimad Bhagavatam Mostly written from 3rd-6th Century AD (1400-1700 yrs ago) And the complete form of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita was composed 2500 years ago although originally it is more than 3200 years old from the Mahabharata era
