Shekhar Swami, 39, runs Shakti Sagar in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, famous for its 10 ft long masala dosa. Born in Delhi to Tamil parents, he took over his father's South Indian food hawker business at 21 and later expanded it into a 1200 sq ft restaurant. Facing a downturn during the pandemic, Shekhar innovated by creating a 10 ft dosa, introducing a challenge offering ₹71,000 to anyone who finishes it in 40 minutes. This drew attention from KZfaqrs, making it famous nationwide. Despite numerous attempts, the challenge remains unbeaten. I went to the place once. There's no Hygiene standards at all. Plus you go the kitchen without a camera and crew. There's a lot of wastage

Do not recommend this dosa place this is so dirty and unhygienic place even the staff and the owner are so rude dont waste your money and time if you see the kitchen you never eat dosa.
