Seventeen has 3 units: Hip Hop, Vocal and Performance. Woozi (Vocal unit leader) Is the one in charge of the lyrics, composition and production of almost all Seventeen songs (with the help of Bumzu) and even received a Best Producer Award last year. I hope you react to more Seventeen songs, they are an amazing self-produced group

I'd be fascinated to see you react to more Seventeen [based on this really informed breakdown]. They have a varied and interesting catalog. Oh, the producers will be Woozi and Bumzu. Woozi is one of the group members, [the small blonde fellow in this mv], and is responsible for writing/composing/producing almost all of their songs. He also composes OST's [for which he has won several awards in S Korea]. Bumzu has been working as producer with Woozi since Seventeens debut [2015]. A long standing and great team. Other members also write songs [especialy Vernon], and contribute lyrics, but it is fair to say Woozi is the main songwriter by a comfortable margin. The singer hitting the 'very high note' is Seungkwan [but both Woozi and DK have higher ranges than him, but Seungkwan has some REAL power behind his vocals]

SEVENTEEN aka SVT. Why SEVENTEEN? 13 members + 3 units (hiphop, vocal, performance) + 1 team = Seventeen. They are called korea's one and only self-producing idols because they're heavily involved in making their own choreography, most especially in writing lyrics, composing and music producing. And their main music producer is their vocal unit leader member WOOZI. Almost 98% of SVT's discography was produced by him.

I always love when an expert react to seventeen... Thank you for your reaction hope to see more seventeen.. many reply here mention "Self-Produced Group" is because Seventeen always making their own music , all their album they produced by themselves, Woozi one of the member is the main producer of Seventeen... Bumzu also one of the producer (this is not seventeen member).. some song in the album usually other member also co-producer like Vernon, S.Coups. and all 13 member of seventeen have been participating in making lyrics

Thank you for this lovely reaction. It's great to find someone with a magic ear..lol I won't bombard you with all the info you no doubt have already been given. I'll just add that Seventeen does many genres. They have been around since 2015 and have a huge discography. I'm sure you know about the units. They also have some solo work. I'm just saying that I'm sure they might have something you might like for your playlist. However as a musician it's always great to see someone just understanding the art of appreciating the work and thought put in. If you ever wanted to react to something to get some snippets of a very few of their songs, you could check it their killing voice on dingo. It's a live performance. Could also be something fun for Patreon. I know some Carats would join for that. Though I have only watched this reaction so I do not know how flexible you are. These guys are great people also btw. Very funny and relatable. 💕💎 They are all creatives. Ty again for the reaction. I want to also add that Vernon and Dino, the 2 youngest members, have done some composing. I'm 95% positive all have done lyrics. Also Woozi plays drums, really well among many other instruments. I think it's one reason the rhythm is so interesting. Half the members, maybe more by now, play guitar also. Ok lol I put way more than I meant to.

They also used the hook and choreo in a unit switch up performance. I'll see if I can guide you to that video somehow. I'm looking forward to Fear and All My Love. It's always hard for me to recommend songs. I can say Home is my favorite. Woozi really took liberty to play with layering the vocals. It's fun when you've been watching them grow and try new things. I fell in love with their willingness to explore but also how well things always turned out(to me). I'm not especially picky. I need different styles for different moods etc, so they are perfect for me. 💕 Sry for the word diarrhea 🤣🤣 I'm having a day.. plays Trauma. 💎 I'll check your Patreon once we get settled and send you some links there. Might be next week(in the middle of moving😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫) I'm also relating to Shadow (on the newest album. Both Woozi and Dino participated in this production.)
