I don’t think Stampy can ever use those wonder quest villains, because those characters are probably owned by Disney UK. That’s probably why Stampy had the quest vest on his skin. So that Disney didn’t own the Stampy cat character fully. Even though Stamby cats original skin comes from an old Microsoft game
