How about simply letting the ball get deeper, rather than manipulating your swing?

Yes, he does some videos on the plyo box drill as well as weight transfer. There is also one he does called "squash the bug" but don't let the title of the deter you.

Squash the bug should never be taught - causes over rotation of hips leading to loss of power. Back foot should actually gain ground towards lead foot - not simply spin.
