HITEC City is a busy tech industry hub. It's filled with office parks and served by Indian, Italian, and BBQ restaurants, as well as lounge bars and fast-food outlets, clustered mainly around Hitech City Main Road.
The construction of HITEC City is one of the biggest technological revolutions of Hyderabad. In the middle of this park stands a ten storeyed cylindrical shaped building which houses the offices of IT giants such as Microsoft, IBM, Google, Wipro, Oracle and so on.

Hyderabad might not beat Mumbai and Delhi in terms of overall GDP in any time soon, but Hyderabad might get a first spot in Quality of Urban Infrastructure, Living, Services. If Hyderabad can't beat them in Quantity then it can beat all others in Quality, here in India, it has that potential, given the political and progressive uniform stability.

Hyderabad is capital of Telugu's and Telugu city and whereas Delhi nd Mumbai r Indian capital and financial cities. So Hyderabad is just bcoz of 8.5 crore Telugu's Mumbai is bcoz of entire India nd all other areas.

Hyderabad is a dream city. Hyderabad Chicken Biryani is heaven on the earth. Telugu people should develop Vizag like another Hyderabad instead of blaming Congress for division of AP. Vizag (Visakhapatnam) has much better potential such as beach , natural harbor, proximity to iron ore, Coal resource rich Chhattisgarh & Orissa

@@omam8304 How about whole Old Hyderabad? Isn’t that a slum? Whole Dharavi slum is going to be redeveloped into modern suburb with office parks. It will take ages to eradicate slums from Hyderabad. I have never said there are no slums in other cities. Some of the guys above are acting like there are no slums in Hyderabad. Very happy with development in Hyderabad but don’t unnecessarily play North south and demean other cities. It will still take decades for Hyderabad to match GDP of Mumbai and Delhi. Let first Hyderabad to match Bengaluru gdp in short term.

Mumbai delhi and kolkatta only got too much population. It very overcrowded with old looking infra mostly. There is no city like hi tec city in entire India. It looks very flashy and resembles Chinese cities. Its doesn't evens have Indianness in there.

@@omam8304It looks like you have never been to Business districts of Mumbai and Delhi. On Hitech City Part of Hyderabad looks good but what about northern, eastern or southern Hyderabad. Still a drainage water keep flowing all the way through city roads. Garbage and construction waste is thrown all the way. Hyderabad is no doubt doing good but just concentrating on Hitech City can’t be called as development. Even Pune is much cleaner and modern than Hyderabad.

This are prime work localities. Obviously they will look clean and tidy. Come to residential middle class areas, you will see how clean the city is. Although ghmc and sanitation teams try to keep these areas clean also. You will find garbage and trash with an hour clearing the area.so the mind set needs to change. Until then a 1000 swatch bharath will also be wasted.

Aur Hyderabad ki growth 5 saal mein badi jabse Naidu ki government giri phir se jab Andhra ke log Hyderabad ki real estate mein invest karrahe warna agar aaj Chandra Babu hote toh yesa naa hotaa. Kate ki takar hoti woh Kcr jaanta hain..issliye bin jaane bakoo math. Aur Telangana bani students ko employment provide karne ke naam phe wahi nahi mil raha ... Iss Telangana Baneke baad ek baar bhi group 1 exam nahi conduct karvayaa. Agar karvayaa toh 2 baar paper leak. 😂😂 Yeh Hain naye rajya Bane kaa faidaa.... Good that hyderabad has lesss IT companies and maintained in 1 place..... in Bengaluru there are IT companies in 4 directions... Towards electronicity, Towards Marathali, Towards Hebbal, Towards Kengeri and inside small small areas and in layouts as well you see software companies... there is a saying in bengaluru at midnight if you throw the stone it gets hit to dog or software engineer.

Hyderabad also growing in all directions now...in the last 5 years many companies opened offices. Hyderabad has pharma cluster too with major pharma companies and biotech companies. If you look at office space absorption in the last 5 years Hyderabad matching Bangalore and even some quarters, it outperformed. That means more offices opened here in the last 5 years and many more are in pipeline.

The good thing about Hyderabad is it supports all kinds of lifestyle. You can either live like a millionaire or have a middle class life. In cities like Mumbai, you need 1 lakh per month to even survive and crores to buy small 2 BHK. Only wish Hyd doesnt get more populated and congested and become like Mumbai.

@@soumyadeepchowdhury3585umbai alive on central funds? What are you smoking? Mumbai isn’t a union territory to be funded by central government. All major projects such a coastal road, sea links and metros are funded by state government. Central government is still not clearing GST dues of Maharashtra. And yes Mumbai is far ahead of Hyderabad. I also want Hyderabad to grow but it will still at least 10-15 years to catch up at the current levels of Mumbai. By that time, Mumbai will already be ahead of the every Indian city looking at sheer infrastructure works happening at brick neck space.

@@7001nikhil Mumbai have major central organizations like Bank insurance and many things though it doesn't have proper infrastructure . And people like younare obsessed what has only shown in videos. My dear work is also going in other metropolis. You should look at whole cities like delhi , Kolkata . You may got answer how a metropolis runs properly specially delhi

Mumbai is capital city of Maharashtra and Maharashtra government is only allocating fund for Mumbai not central government. Delhi is the only city in India which directly comes under ambit of Central government. Who told you that banks does not have proper infrastructure in Mumbai? Have you ever been to BKC, Lower Parel pr Andheri offices to see how it is functioning? Mumbai being financial Capital of India has best infrastructure in place to support banks and financial institutions. And where did I mention development is not happening in other cities? Its good that other cities are also developing and I am very happy with that. But just don’t demean Mumbai to satisfy your ego. I want every city to grow.

Yeh hyderabad mein waqf ki zameena khabza karke banai hai. Isme kiska ka bhi koi faida nai buliding se kya job milta jab taq manufacturing nai. China mein buliding hai magar service sector ke waste nai, manufacturing ke waste. Bombay mein sab zyada manufacturing units hai aur bombay se pass sea port, Telangana sirf IT service mein hai joh hire aur fire wala rahta

Thanks to Nizam, CBN was lucky that he was CM at time hi-tech city was built, but he was not him who built it, it was collective effort of center government and before CM of AP, yellow media fake CM CBN, see no one vote him Hyderabad because originally telangana people know about fake CBM

Poorly structured roads, too many bottlenecks, no urban planning, just random planning, worst drainage system.. only good thing is ORR.. I’m a Hyderabadi. I’m not proud of it for wrong reasons. The places shown are crowded as hell on a regular day..
