mine was different, one of the clues i had was; a vail of smoke" which i thought he was a smoker and the clues were set in different locations as well as the keys were hard to find and eevrytime i try to restart it, it would not let me pick up the keys like there must be a glitch, ugh!!

This turned into a Wrath episode quick.

This is one of the most interesting missions in the Seven Deadly Sins (although I wish it was a normal mission rather than an escalation with one level) as its just such a beautifully designed level. The next one (Gluttony) I assume will be in Mendoza (with all the wine and the party) but not sure what the mission will be. Wrath will definitely be on the Train and I pray that Envy is called Envy because they created a whole new location (I doubt it though) as there are six current locations but 7 sins meaning one will have to double up (probably Dubai).

Coming back to this from the time of Freelancer being a thing... holy shit, I think this was a test of some of the Freelancer systems, specifically the Showdowns! Think about it: the correct person is never told to you directly, but you're given fragments of what they're like and what they're doing. And it has the safes to find intel!

XD And yes, I am as annoyed as you that this "escalation" has ONE LEVEL. Why not just call it a regular mission, then?
