TablePrinterDoor the hitman games weren’t always about stealth at that point. Also, he faked his death to lure out those people who he killed at his funeral... that’s pretty damn stealthy.

Its great. Much better than Absolution, it goes back to the true Hitman style gameplay. It needs to be polished though.

+Garr3ttGuy Hitman 2: Silent Assassin and Absolution are really good too. My favorite is SA, then Blood Money, then Absolution. The only thing about SA that sucks is how easy it is to be detected; it's worse than BM and Absolution.

contracts was essentially a retelling of the first game but set during blood money. it was made because codename 47 had performance and graphical issues on console so they made contracts.

Definitely the newest black sheep of the Hitman family. It used to be contracts which is my favorite for being the most noirish and horror movie esque. Every mission takes place in the rain because 47 is dying from a gunshot wound in the rain for most of that game and just recalling his life, and finishes his current “failed” mission in the finale. Absolution was when the franchise was bought by Square Enix. And to be honest it sounds like it was almost botched because it was nearly a generic action game but halfway through they were reminded. So that’s why we get kind of a “weird” feeling storywise. 47 wrestling, pulling off his mask in front of a crowd, and killing a guy, sexy nun attacks, and the goofiest villains in any of the game’s history. Lack of quick saves were admittedly lame though, I got it on the PC on the last steam sale so hopefully there’s an option/patch.

I hate the old ass mechanics and AI lol. Also no hiding bodies and human shields. Also bullet velocity is as slow as a fucking bb gun. Contracts and Up were way better. This game is nostalgic but not as good as newer games.

That's the BEST hitman Storyline in the entire KZfaq. Straight to the point and withought any bullshit added in. Man I wish the games had made this story much more clear cuz its a great story but we all failed to keep up with it... I have played Hitman games all my life over and over again, but now its the 1st time that I actually understand wtf is going on... I never knew the story behind Victoria and this actually makes Absolution to make perfect sense now... Now that the 3 new games of Hitman have been made, I hope for this video to include these games as well!

I feel like a good story for this series would be Team Fortress/Team Fortress 2. The lore and comics behind the game are pretty extensive and get confusing at times. I think this channel would knock that story out of the park.

I recently finished Blood Money and so far i like the mission in Chili where you need to kill a druglord and his son, and the one in France (Curtains Down) where you have to kill an Opera singer and some U.S. dude that adores him for some reason. All other missions are also great!

Actually my favorite part is Silent Assassin, it was a huge step forward from the first game, the story was great, the locations all over the world were great and memorable but the best thing is stealth gameplay, it was much more "manual" than lets say Blood Money, you didnt have fancy poisons, accidents or pushing people over the fence or hiding bodies, instead you had to make your way through the guards with very simple, limited things - your sneaking (which was extremely slow, unlike later games where you literally sneak as fast as you run), disguises (much easier to get blown) and chloroform (which lasts only 5 minutes, if you cant get in and out in 5 mins, you fail) and finally you get to your target and strangle him with fiber wire. I am not saying Blood Money is not a better game, I am just saying its 100 times easier to get Silent Assassin rating (which is the point of the game, at least for me) then in the second part (I mean gl getting the rating on Japan missions, its fucking art)

A space corporation named Atlas finds the planet of Pandora and begins to colonize it. They discover weird stuff and maps about "vaults" they leave the planet because of the hostility of the animal life. Then 4 vault hunters arrive on Pandora to find a Mysterious Vault, hoping to get filthy rich. They discover that the Vault contains a tentacle monster and destroys it. The opening of this Vault triggers stuff on Pandora, spitting a material called Elerium all over the place. A new team of Vault Hunters has been contracted by Hyperion to find a new Vault for Hyperion, but Hyperion tries to kill them. They survive. They built up a Vault key, which Handsome Jack , CEO of Hyperion, takes, and begins to open the new Vault containing the Warrior. The Vault hunters defeat the Warrior, and kill Handsome Jack. And then some stuff happens on Pandoras moon. Don't ask me what the story in that game is about, all i know is that it's the same story, but on the MOON!

Joseph Su'a That's basically what you get with the most recent entry. The shooting is sadly a little more clunky and could be smoother (especially the sniping), but the openness of Blood Money's missions and Absolution's controls make for arguably the best game in the series.
