Hitting LEVEL 100 with the Merchant Alliance in Sea of Thieves
Welcome to Season 11 and welcome.. To the grind. Because not only did this season bring us a wealth of new treasure, but a good reason to turn it in: A new level cap for almost every faction in the game! And with new levels also come new cosmetics, which I definitely want.
So reason suggests we have to find out what is the fastest way to level up the Merchant Alliance. Which of the Raid Voyages can get us to our new drip the fastest? Well, my friends, there is only one way to find out.

Being mostly solo myself, I've never had much issues with doing those ghost fleets. A good trick to go about it is to just sail enough into it, raise to quarter-high/half mast, and cannon as the ships sail towards you. Same with the mini and boss waves, sail in front, cannon the main ship (as sides don't add to the loot), and it's good as done. Though, if you feel you're too pressured during combat, try to sail outwards of the fleet, repair, and then reembark into it.

It is doable but it tends to drag on too long solo. Compared with ashen winds which can be done in mere minutes, it's the best for solo. Ghost fleet is best when you have a crew.

The worm play ironically might be the most elite play I have seen in my sea of theives career, I was sitting there watching like “what is he eating worms” then I see the puke. This guy is the best SoT player I’ve seen in my life.

Decided to do the Phantom Fleet for Gold Hoarders yesterday (in my insane attempt to go from ‘not on the emissary ledger’ to ‘Captain’ in a single day before it rolled over). I… unfortunately focused a bit to much on shooting the last of the ships in the final wave, and wound up sinking. I fortunately still wound up succeeding in my insane goal by just stacking the small island dig quests in the roar, but I’m definitely kicking myself for making a rookie mistake

Stacking those Dig Quests in the Roar will definitely be the way to go to get those "Devils Roar Quest Complete" Milestones, thus unlocking the Scorched Shores ship decoration items from Shipwright

Day one player, lost my account ages ago and bought the game when season 11 dropped. Didn't know much about what all changed, but im so glad to find out its still alive and kicking. You have been a very good reminder of why I love the game, which is the players. Every time I set sail, I'm left with tales to share over a cup of grog. See you on the Sea's sailor.

The other day, I was done stacking an 8x FoTD on a quiet server. As soon as I left the fort, we got bombarded with an ancient meg, a skelly galleon and a kraken all at the same time. They spawned at the same time as well.

As soon as I looked at all the new cosmetics I knew that you would go for the merchant costume, and it turns out I was right! I ended up going for the gold hoarder costume because it makes it look like you have an even better gold curse. It’s to bad they are costumes and not individual cosmetics though. I absolutely love ripping through flameheart’s fleet, it is the most rewarding thing an Athena can do, but I do find it a bit easier to do skelly fleets. I understand your reasoning though. Great video, I hope to see more in the future.

As I’m sure you know by now considering it’s been out for a bit. The briggsy mission that’s on the mast of your ship gives you 50k for the skull you get at the end and it can be used as a weapon like the flamethrower skull from ashen winds. Only thing is there is only 1 that you can do per server I think is the limit

I was expecting you to be doing a long grind because of the lack of videos being uploaded. Anyway nice vid except some lag. My request is.... Will you grind for a good curse? I have skeleton which i like and my friend Athena. Both good at the ceremony, Athena being more friendly and more adventurous and on ther other side Reapers with a new cool place where they are located and very scary ceremony. As long as the skeleton fleet doesn't get an anchor ball, you can actually solo it rather easily. As long as it spawns the proportionate difficulty level to your sloop, all you have to do is put the sails at half, and put your wheel either straight if the target skelly ship is turning towards you or halfway towards the ship if they are turning away. From there you just need to get 10 good shots in (vary where you are shooting so that there are multiple holes), so maybe 20 total shots
