It's better to be alone and healthy, than alone and having a shit ton of medical problems. I would keep working out if i were you, don't need to go to the gym, but working out at home is fine. And definitely drink lots of water. I'm in my mid 20s and I regret not taking care of my body. Please do not sleep on your health.

I recently started going to the gym and actually enjoy it, I don’t do cardio I have just been blasting all the machines for full body workouts. I didn’t expect to like it so much. Also got a membership that was months in advance up front to avoid the extra payments they force in contracts, also avoids recurring renewal of the contract so I am extra stoked about it. So if you decide to go back to the gym hopefully you make good progress

Going to the gym is a pain at first you will feel worse than you feel better but when months pass, you look at the mirror and you see all the work you have done and you feel proud of it and even at your lowest you will see at the mirror and say to yourself “you are strong” and it boosts your confidence but is not the end of the story tho

I had terrible childhood, always screamed at. Went two times to the mental hospital, spent half a year there. And right after I got my money right, I was rly motivated so I can get out, I got away. Now I am happiest I ever was.

I feel like i'm kind of a redpilled BPer, I have surgery plans and im saving money and working a job to get it. I have career prospects and plans for the future. and seeing the brutality in life just motivates me more to get to my end goal and ascend. I'm thankful for the blessings I have to be able to have these opportunities. and I try not to be upset at what I don't have as I slowly work towards it. Just remember the modern technology we have in todays world and the amount of opportunities you have to improve your life through surgical and non surgical means, good luck to you bro.

Your situation is freakily similar to my roommates whos worried that he'll have to move back with his folks too. Granted if that happens itll be the same for me. Dropped out of college, cause lazy, also it was stupid. My mom isnt as horrible as yours sounds, the horribleness in my family was mostly confined to my cliché evil stepmother. Still i sympathize with the privacy thing, also with me being massive weed goblin hiding that is always fun with nosy parents. Hope you get out of that trap. Also i do reccomend sticking with the gym, i should start again too. Weeds making me lazy as shit. I really got addicted to the gym like a drug when i was younger and got quite buff. I think you defo need your mindset to change and your brain to be re-wired. There’s a bunch of different ways to do that from changing your environment to hypnosis or whatever. Unfortunately i’m not too acquainted with those but what I did do was loads of LSD lol. That shit certainly isn’t for everyone but helped me build a better relationship with myself and opened up my mind to different ways of thinking.
