Its usually the first shot we learn. But many people learn it wrong and then start off the having to work against themselves. In this video I try to help you avoid all of that. HAVE FUN 😁

Can you do a video on the contact point and the spacing you should set up from the ball? specifically, the distance both horizontally away from your body and the distance in front of you where you make contact. For example, if we take your advice of setting the outside leg, where should we look to "set" the leg? Should the outside leg be in line with the ball or the ball should pass by you without touching your leg (if you don't swing). Some people use their non-dominant arm and make sure that if the ball passes them, the ball won't be in reach of their non-dominant arm. Some tips like this to learn spacing. Thank you!

Sometimes the video is out of focus but great tips coach🔥🔥🔥 especially the preparation with the outside foot planted first to get into the appropriate space in regard to the ball. This made me 💯 more consistent. Also, great for clarifying between follow through and finish.👍

thans for the last point about contact being parralell. Sometimes not sure if I should close the racquet face slightly when I want to hit a dipping shot in doubles or going for a sharp angle.

I have been waiting for this video. Meanwhile, you need to increase the depth of field when shooting your videos so as to maintain focus as you move around.

yea I noticed in post editing that the AF was turned off so it lost me, but you can't quite tell when you watch it back on the small camera screen to check the quality. Sorry about that
