1st Regiment Advanced Camp of Army ROTC Cadet Summer Training completed the Army Combat Fitness Test on June 3, 2024. Cadet Hannah Reese, Florida Atlantic University, shares her experience after completing all six workouts, including 3 repetition maximum deadlift, standing power throw, hand release push-ups, sprint-drag-carry, plank, and a two-mile run.
