Hallo!
I was lucky to get to have some people with HiveWing join and let me shove a camera into their face
The game is updating again guys 👁 i also show a photo the NEW new MudWing model which is still being tweaked because it apparently keeps breaking
HOpe you all haven't minded my slow output of videos, trying to take it easy and get over school stuff :') thank you to the few people who still watch

Me and some Friends who've known Arch2 for a while have called her Archa :> She's a very experienced modeler and I really look up to her for inspiration and guidence! I'm really excited for what she'll do because she's really good at what she does! She has Coding experience as well so it's really amazing that this incredible game is finally getting going again!

Thats very cool :)! i have korvair added so i was looking up to them developing for awhile but i wasnt really expecting them to take a break, but hopefully arch can help get out the models faster, the development that arch can do seems very amazing :)

If the hivewings are almost done, then that means the best tribe, mudwings, are next! I can’t wait until all the tribes are done so the team can focus on some smaller additions

I honestly had thought you moved away from WoF entirely, but I understand that there wasn't much going on with the game to make these kinds of videos. It's great to see you back doing this kinds of stuff, because you do a great job covering it, even though I'd watch you no matter what kinds of videos you make because this is pretty much my comfort channel. As for the lack of content ideas thing, and being busy because of school, that is completely understandable. I've gone 2 weeks without uploading recently, for a similar reason. That's the longest I've gone without uploading, I think. Anyways, I wish everyone here a happy holiday season. Can't wait to see more updates on the game :)

I met someone who accidentally glitched and got to be a Hivewing (They meant to click the Silkwing and they had bad internet). By the looks of it, the animations were kinda wonky. You can see some of the legs are lower than others. The sitting animation also looks off. I'm still very much holding onto the hope we'll have multiple abilities for Hivewings to choose from.

They haven't decided on what the special ability should be yet, however hivewings will be able to be nearly fully black. (I asked them this during the showcase in Hailstorm20)

This is so exciting! HiveWing looks great so far :) Although I am wondering,, are we gonna have to have the stripes? Or will they be able to be a different color/not there? (Asking cos I have a HiveWing OC who doesn't have stripes, the black is shown in other ways) Other than that, super excited for the HiveWonk !! (not that having the question abt the stripes makes me not excited- I'll find a way to work around the stripes if we gotta have them)

Idk, not all hi Ewing’s in the books have stripes. Crickets black parts has been described to look like “Ink blotches”

I'm not sure what they're going to do, there has to be black but I wonder if there will be a menu and you can choose how you want the black represented (that's what I'm hoping for anyway)

Woohoo! HiveWings look so cool! I also want to thank you for wishing us a happy Hanukkah, as somebody who celebrates Hanukkah, and is often disappointed by the lack of people acknowledging it, thank you so much! I know it's a pretty small, simple thing to do, but it means a lot :)

@@litheralySOcool No worries. Hanukkah is a Jewish festival of lights, it lasts for eight days. You can give gifts and hang out with family a lot, and it's kind of evolved to be a sort of Jewish Christmas lol.

Me too! It’s crazy how there’s only 2-3 developers and they created this whole game! And this game is honestly so impressive and gorgeous. I can’t wait for the new dragons and remodels to come out!

@@ashleypisarts If you're impressed with 2-3 developers on one game, how about ONE developer on ONE game with tons of features and stuff? Check out Testing A, LudicrousCunningFox is the only developer (well, he just recently got someone to help him start on a new map for the game, but hey). I'm not advertising the game or anything, I just LOVE the game and am quite impressed by it.

Ive known archarch for a bit, following her around. I *wanted* her to tell me if she was uncomfortable, I also *told* her to. What I didn’t know was that she didn’t. I only found out when one of the admins dragged me into the staff room (or something), and said they were told “personally” told that this was uncomfortable. That was my first time like that, and they said if I am caught a second time, I will be banned. Archarch also said she wouldn’t mind if I popped in once in a while, but I’m not sure when it comes to the admins… also, the HiveWings look epik.

Dude yesterday I saw Adderwing with the hivewing model, im just saying, HUGE PROPS TO ARCH FOR SPEEDRUNNING THIS MODEL!!! Also, Adderwing said that the mudwing special ability will MOST LIKELY be fire proof scales, but i believe they said they're still working it out, and that ages will come out when all tribes are in game, and multiple maps are being worked on!

This means once the HiveWing wing animations are done, it will most likely just need some small tweaks then it (hopefully) will be out! I'm assuming around January or early Febuary, late December if we're lucky. Possibly March if there's any issues. Also, small theory for the special ability: CONTROLLABLE HIVE-MIND EYES! If they did this it would be really cool and would add so much more depth to roleplay. Or it could also be spraying acid from the tail or stingers from the wrists/claws. Again, these are just theories!

@@callme_alatus You'd probably just press a button(for computer it'd probably be the U key) And then the eyes would just turn white, that's kind of the only description we have of the mind control eyes, but it would be really cool to see it in game.

It’s next to impossible for a player to control another player, but I’m sure arch could set up a keybind to make the eyes all white!

@@Sparkle_XD I know in WCUE you can pick up other people's character's, so choosing one other person to have their eyes go white or something isn't too out of range, but you are right it would be very difficult..

I hope we get actual 'buzzing' or having the wings flap really fast like modern day bugs with the hive wings and the silk wings. It would look cool, though it will kill slow pc's.

Oo this is so cool! Do you know if the hivewing will buzz it’s wings like an insect? Or will it just flap like other dragons. I find the prior more interesting and accurate, but the latter would likely be easier to animate.

yeah i’ve always been thinking about the same thing, i do really wanna see a buzzing hivewing but like the comments above, it probably wouldn’t be as easy to look (and make) as good as the slow flappers

Personally I think it may be similar to the SilkWing wing pivot. Buzzing would just be really laggy and hard to animate.

I think the hivewings won't have a quick wing flap as I heard a Dev say that they don't feel like it would be realistic for such a large dragon to flap its wings so fast

Now, I'm hardly keeping tabs on this game. I have way too much social anxiety to roleplay with people I don't know well enough, but this is amazing. Hivewings are by far my favorite tribe, always have been since I saw them for the first time, so it's awesome to see this kind of progress! I only typically use the game to rough out designs at the moment, but man, that dance is glorious

Its ok that you were gone for so long Bella. I was of course concerned about one of my favorite you-tubers being gone for a while, but I completely understand about the move you had. I have moved quite a few times myself! Also, if you have time or motivation..Could you do a review on the Mud Bois or at least some news? I’ve been LONGING for them to come out for a while now, and I’m just curious! Feel free to do it but also I can’t boss you around :)
