If you're displaying the heat ray head with the regular neck pieces, using a hair dryer to heat up that head's ball joint socket. You'll get a solid fit with the ball joint end. I attempted several times to attach it when it was at room temp and couldn't achieve a lasting connection.

I'm with you on his spines. For someone who practices toy photography, I prefer this version over the Translucent one. The paint allows it to 'glow'. if you point a blue light directly on his spines, and another powerful white light for the entire figure, for the blue paint to really stand out, you'll really appreciate the effort that Hiya put on his spikes. Actually, there are some scenes of your video where the blue of his spikes 'glow'.

Gonna repaint my Hiya KOTM Goji with a more prettier metallic blue since I have no plans on getting this guy. The metallic blue on the chest is the prettiest part but I'm not a fan of the blue on the spines though. Especially when my SHMA Goji has pretty blue metallic paint on his spines already. I think I typed blue 4 times now damn!

Hoping for a Gravity Beam Ghidorah and Proton Scream Mechagodzilla. Those figures would be 😤👌

i noticed that the dorsal plates looking like that look almost identical to when he has an atomic breath fight with mechagodzilla, since it was daylight and it doesn't light up very bright

I pre-ordered this guy as soon as it was available in my local broker. I got it when it was stil $39.99, lucky me. Boi oh boi I do hope Hiya rerelease this guy and the Burning Goji in a semi transluscent plastic like their Stylist counterpart. Quite surprising that Sham did it first with bedtime tantrum Shin. I would also love it a lot more if they make a more straight atomic breath effect. I always find that crooked look to be weird since day 1. Thought it'll look better in reviews, but no. I hope it being not semi transluscent and the effect part not being straight would be a lot of people's criticism so that Hiya could make an even more amazing Atomic Breath Goji. But maybe I'm just asking for too much, bc of Hiya's habit of experimenting and improving. And ofc even when they do make it, I ain't gonna regret buying this one, just like I didn't regret having the original 2021 goji. I wanna support these guys as much as I possibly can

The only reason I didn’t get this one was because I didn’t really like the blue on the belly and the I’m not sure why but the mouth looks a bit off but the back and tail is PERFECT

I wonder if you could swap the head with the 2019 head or the 2021 head to make it look like where his eyes aren’t glowing while he’s lighting up his atomic breath??

The effect part looks soooooo off due to the weird angle they decided to attach it (its either coming out of the roof/base of his mouth, and not his throat), it's a deal breaker for me unfortunately. Why they couldn't have had the peg straight at the end of the effect part, is beyond me, all the past ones from other companies have done it The effect part should be hollow (to a degree) as well, lets more light to pass through as well as alleviating the weight/posing issues
