Maris Stella kits are beautiful, I purchased the Ragusian Carrack, ( thanks to Olha Batchvarov video ) it was shipped at a good cost, the price I paid was fair for the product, my regret, their shipping shorted me the plans, and when asked, their customer service sucked. I was well in to the build and had problems, They eventually sent the plans but by then I had made to many mistakes. My lack of experience to be true, but alas, After all I paid, I expected better service. No sympathy, no customer service. My fire place enjoyed a $ 500.00 us plus dinner. I hope all purchasers from this company have better results.
