This happened to me more than once it was during the Summer in 1997. Now if I remember correctly in that Year my Daddy died on July 10th 1977 Macey had just turned 6 when that happened I was 7 Years old and Gram and Gramps didn’t come to take us in until October and my Birthday’s not due until December so I didn’t say it out loud to my neighborhood best Friend and my oldest Half-Sister Lindsey about what the Boy did to me. I said it once but she didn’t believe me (because my Friend wasn’t there) and the second time I said it she believed me. 😢😢😢😢😢

​@ChelseyLinden People who find this storyline disturbing definitely didn't grow up in the 90s or further back. They'd explore extremely dark subjects like this & others on TV shows regularly, this is tame in comparison. I remember a one-off drama on ITV back in 1997 called No Child Of Mine starring Brooke Kinsella & Colin Salmon, Kinsella played a child of abuse & it's a lot tougher a watch than this. It's actually up on KZfaq I think. There was others about bullying & young offenders institutions that were messed up too, all of them starred actors you'd recognise from soaps, mainly Eastenders. Those shows had messed up scenes that I can still remember vividly today.

@Soapfan1992 Doesn't mean what's good? The storyline? It's easily top three storyline in soaps of 2024 so far if not No.1. Good to see a soap raising awareness on a storyline never explored before for once, it's been years since the last of such.

JJ is severally mentally ill, and I think that became from how the twins depended on eachother for company, support.. because they only had eachother. Now they are older and becoming more independent and making new friends/meeting new family.. JJ is scared to lose Frankie.. and his mind has twisted that sibling love and connection into the disturbing “connection” or is now. Sickening it is.

Wether you got mental illness or not dont no excuse for what he doing i know not real but does happen in real life shouldnt use mental illness as excuse

@@kayleighgabe6405 well legally it does in cases where the person may not actually know what they are doing is wrong but well we don't know for sure that JJ is like that. anyway people with mental illness still get locked up so if your one of those people who goes around shouting that stuff because you think criminals who are found legit insane get a therapy session and are released back to the public in under a year then yeah don't worry that's a misconception mate.

@@kayleighgabe6405 Legally it could be, but it depends on whether JJ is experiencing mental illness or he is a predatory person. JJ needs intense therapy and rehabilitation either way. Like the other commenter said, when you have a mental illness and commit crimes you may not even realise what you’re doing is wrong, you’re not in the right state of mind. This may or may not be what JJ is experiencing.

He knows what he is doing is wrong by how he forces her to keep it secret
