진짜 한국에서 호안씨 만큼 국제대회 많이 나간 사람도 없을거고 나갔다하면 웬만하면 죄다 우승해서 돌아오니까 참. 우승이 아니면 이상할 정도 거의 대부분 우승 아니면 아쉽게 2등 하거나더라

So just so you know that glide move was created by a popper named OB in New York who has passed away and it’s mainly used by nyc street hitters but Hyun Joon probably made it famous because of his name. I danced with the same nyc hitting crew on the street that originated that move so I’m more qualified to use that move than hyun joon LOL. I also added my own subtle twist to it pay attention and thank you for the compliment.

i thought the 1st round was pretty good. If anyone knows about popping they would know what snap boogie is doing isnt easy round 1 either. He was kind of biting greenteck attitude kind of, that was interesting. There is probably a gap in skill no doubt, but still i was entertained this battle

@@StaceMyuce because in korea the judges dont care about how you balttle they always judge based on your skill while in international judges sometimes look how you battle the opponent especially in west , you get extra point when facing opponent

Hoan and Hozin are on the same level, it's just preferences. Hoan beat Hozin so many times and vice versa, and they are both in the same team and when they need a tie breaker they always pick Hoan to dance just like against UK in KOD, Hoan danced against Dickson and literally killed him.

No worries snap...most of the dance competitions judges will favour the legends and be biased in their decisions because they are friends with each other. Its not too fair for talented guys anymore.

@@oleborn4426 Hoan killed him because it was already clear how audience reacts to someone who is famous. The precise nature of talent is overshadowed by favouritism. It is not easy for fresh youngsters to beat any famous popper because of the rigged industry.

Hay brotha thank you I appreciate your support. It’s up to interpretation. I’m not worried about winning I just came to represent and I fucking did that. I was thinking about quitting popping forever until I did this. I do I think I lost but I think it’s disingenuous when people say I got killed lol but that comes with the territory of stepping up to the plate. I understand why people will say that I won and I understand why people will say that I lost. I’ve worked on having my own style for many years and approaching the dance differently. People will say that’s the reason because we all know hoans style is not completely his but I will say he does it extremely well. It’s all up to interpretation that’s what makes this dance beautiful and ugly.

I think it’s easy to say someone got “destroyed” or “killed” on the internet. It’s really played out. But what I think folks are trying to say is that this is a “popping competition”. That means that there are genre specific criteria you have to be judged on. It’s different in a cypher bc genres don’t matter but if you’re gonna COMPETE in a GENRE have to have some sort of foundation in that genre. The technique was there, the dancing was there, but the rounds weren’t organized for the popping genre of competition. Then again I’m just some guy on the internet. I hope everyone had fun.
