Back then we only had one TV channel in Norway, and this was probably the program they ran on Saturday evening when a-ha was home in Norway to launch the new single. As you can see, most of the audience belongs to the older part of the population, and not to the youth, so it is the wrong program. Their enthusiasm was probably not that big. Norwegians also are a restrained people, our enthusiasm is not always visible on the outside, and back then it was serious for the elderly to be audience on TV, as you can see. The young people who were present were probably also influenced by the rest ot the crowd. This was probably meant for us young people, who sat at home excitedly waiting for the special feature.

it was so weird hearing that announcer lady suddenly say "move to Memphis" in perfect English with no accent at all. in that interview segment Morton weirdly reminds me of Thomas from the film "Smoke Signals".

The interviewer sums up what I think about Morten's hairdo when she says, - if I understand correctly: "Ska på skolen snart?" This look on Morten is so disturbing on so many levels I can't even begin to go into them. A bit like dressing a thoroughbred up in My little Pony style, so you're halfway between thinking 'oooh how cute' and 'what in the seven hells???? '
