Gameplay Overview:
Hobo: Tough Life is a city survival RPG. You play as a homeless and your main goal is to survive. To do this you will have to deal with hunger, hostile environment, human unconcern and with forthcoming winter. Play with friends or with other players online and do whatever it takes to survive.

As someone from czech republic i can confirm tickets were in czech. But honestly the location itself is weird. The background behind their character in item menu is 100% part of prague but the map itself kiiiinda looks like prague?

Well unlike many of these cheap "simulator" games it has okish graphics, the world seems to be large enough and NPC look different and are comparetively well animated....
