Transitioning from looking for the perfect fitting shirt right off the rack to having stuff custom made to fit you has really become a game changing experience for me. I can’t get enough of made to measure clothing these days and today I am going to review another custom made to measure company that goes by the name of Hockerty.
I was kind of familiar with the brand Hockerty before I started a youtube channel. I knew that they were a clothing brand but I did not know that they were a made to measure company until they hit me up. They were kind enough to provide me credit to purchase 3 made to measure shirts to review for you guys and of course everything that I’m about to say is my honest experience.
As soon as I got on their website, I was impressed on how smooth and organized their 3d designer ran on both my laptop and smartphone. The interface is very simple and it’s easy to browse through all the fabric/pattern options that they have.
As for the options that they offer, Honestly, There are just too many mention here but let’s just say you have a lot of freedom to make your shirt stand out. They have the standard options of choosing different types of collars and cuffs but you can really get creative with their custom embroidery option, the color of the threads, elbow patches, inner fabric of your cuffs. Etc,
Fitting: You have two options. You can go with their algorithm where you just type in your age, height, and weight and they estimate your measurements or you can go with your exact measurements.
I tested out both options and their algorithm was very close to my actual measurements but I highly suggest you go with your actual measurements. They make the process simple to follow by providing a video guide on how to measure each part of your body.
Once that’s done, you hit order. And you’re done. You should get your order around their estimated date. For me, it took about two weeks and you can keep track of the progress by logging into your account. #Hockerty #review #unboxing
