i will say by being out of parents house tho'..you may eat healthier..they still eat high carbs if say your brothers have a higher metabolism..they may eat mcd & rice without weight gain but say you have keith's metabolism..& it doesnt take many carbs before it converts to weight so take this time to eat right..no frozen breaded fried dinosaur nuggets..no chik-fil-a delivery get into keto mexican..lot of guacamole & just dump the taco fillings in there..toss the shells keto indian..butter cheese spinach (palak paneer)..butter tikka masala..its so easy..cut carbs

D if you really would rather pay to have more independence & space out of parents house make sure the lease is a low fraction of your net..& preferably independent owner w/ all utilities included otherwise if you can stand it..id recommend being w/ parents & saving up to buy a house altogether 'cause renting nice condos..i look back like damn i couldnt bought a crib..so just something to consider
