Unfortunately these kinda theories can be really convincing but there's no conclusive scientific base for them. It was a problem before covid-19 (such as the Dutch soccer player Abdelhak Nouri) and it is a problem after covid as it will remain to be in the future. Young athletes in particular that seem to be healthy on the outside tend to become victims of all kinds of undiagnosed cardiac problems (that are not detectable with tests) because they push their bodies so much. This risk is even greater in males and greater still in black males. The amount of (young) people with cardiac problems hasn't risen particularly (or at all) in countries all over the world since covid-19 and the subsequent vaccines. While there is some research (more research is needed) that points towards a causal link between some vaccines and myocarditis, this research doesn't consider (fully) what underlying conditions the victims already had. Furthermore the chance of this side effect is so rare (0.0057%) that the chance of getting myocarditis from an actual covid-19 infection was higher (different studies suggest rates of 7 times as great and even up to 0.5% in all hospitalized patients with covid-19). In conclusion I think more research is needed from all sides, and as a society we should refrain from making speculative conclusions about all these people that we don't know.
