Welcome to Sandals Grande Antigua! This is one of fifteen Sandals Resorts found in the Caribbean, located in the Dickenson Bay area of Antigua. Since we are travel agents, we were granted a free day pass to explore, tour, and experience the resort! Grande Antigua is a large property split into two main areas, the Mediterranean side and the Caribbean side. The Caribbean side definitely seemed to be more relaxing and the Mediterranean side was where the party was happening. Sandals is an all inclusive resort that includes a wide gamut of amenities such as food, alcoholic beverages, water activities, nightly entertainment, world famous service, and top of the line accommodations. On this tour we were fortunate to enter a few rooms, see the public spaces, view some wedding locations, and taste delicious food! Sandals is second to none and we highly recommend their resorts! What a beautiful property. Thanks for another amazing video/vlog. It’s making me excited to hopefully get to travel again soon. But I have to say my favorite part was Matt doing his sandals commercial. That made me laugh out loud 🥰

Hello Shelby; I also have many food allergies. We have stayed at 2 different Sandals Resorts (Ochi & Grande St Lucian). You can either go thru a travel agent or send an email to Sandals letting them know that your husband has food allergies. They open a file and then you let Sandals know the Resort you are staying at and the travel dates. I think I did it about 1 to 2 months before we left for our trips. Then you will list the food allergies. Once you get to the resort you will meet with the head chef at the resort and he/she will go over with you what to expect. Each restaurant's menu has a statement at the bottom asking if you have any allergies. You will let your server know and they will make sure that what ever your husband would like to eat they will prepare it with no of the ingredients that your husband is allergic to. Sandals did such a great job with all of my food allergies. All the Restaurant's on property were very easy to work with, the staff took all my food allergies in stride. Which ever Sandals you visit with your husband I hope you both have a great time. We will be going to Sandals Royal Barbados in March 2022. We can't wait to visit a new Caribbean Island that has a Sandals on it. Enjoy and as always stay healthy and safe out there in the big wide world.

Another great video, keep them coming! Can you advise how to go about procuring a day pass? Did you do this through the cruise line, through Sandals central rsvn or online website? Once there do you check in at the front desk or some place else? Also, on your Cruise how many hours were you in port? Lastly, what is the cost per person. I’m going on a cruise next year with a stop here and would like to book a day pass in advance. Thanks

Hi Bob! Thanks for watching and for the kind words, we really appreciate it! Our Day Passes are given to us as an invitation to come tour the resort because we are travel agents. Because of that, we're not overly familiar with the process with of procuring the day pass as a day guest. If we remember correctly, you actually have to purchase them on-site the day of. They do recommend you let them know you're coming in advance, and keep in mind that transportation to and from the resort is not included. We had to check-in at the front desk, so we would assume that's the same for everyone else. The cost varies depending on which resort you visit. Antigua is currently: DAY PASS $130.00 EVENING PASS $140.00 FULL DAY PASS $250.00 Here's a link to the current pricing for all of the resorts: www.sandals.com/faqs/ We personally were in Antigua from 8:00-5:00. Hi, so I am really really interested in doing a vacay at one of the sandals resorts. I’m going through your different videos from the different islands to see which one I think will be best for us (though I have to say this particular one looks extremely lovely and the way you guys boost about it makes it even more enticing) my question to you is, I have never really booked a vacation this magnitude before, do you guys help with the reservations as well as making the plane reservations and pick up from airport? Or just the booking of the actual resort?? Thanks in advance for any info. Looking to maybe do something next year (for obvious reason) so would also like your input as to what time of year do you guys recommend. Would love to book something with you guys soon. Thanks

Can anyone tell me about the resorts ability to accommodate food allergies? My husband has a few serious allergies to common foods so that is a huge factor in booking a vacay

Is jet skiing included ? I was scheduled for sandals Montego bay for this july. Will probably have to reschedule the way things are going. This resort is lovely !
