This is my favourite video and song of Dimash. The intimacy of the surroundings amplifies his beautiful intensity and miraculous voice. And no, you were not wasting time or being frivolous to do this reaction video. In these times, it is especially important for us to keep our vibration raised by appreciating what we have, what is accessible to us, when others are tragically not so fortunate. Our sense of helplessness leads us nowhere. It was a joy to watch you react to this song, and Dimash’s interpretation of it. Thank you.

Please keep doing your reactions 🙏 I was speaking to Dimash fans in both Ukraine & Russia - they are listening to all things Dimash as this is helping! Dimash has been speaking & singing about Peace & no more wars for at least 5 years (the time I’ve been following him) - ‘I don’t want to see the tears of children anymore’ & just last week said ‘I choose a world without war!’ We can only pray & do what we are gifted to do - personally if I’m feeling helpless during my day at the moment I am listening to Dimash & Igor’s ‘Ave Maria’ as for me it always seems like a prayer for our world. 🇬🇧

If you have talked to fans in Ukraine, do you know if all the Ukraine Dears are ok, safe? Everytime a watch the concert in Kiev and see them singing along with Dimash, I worry about them.

@@lorrainekeenan4440 Sadly, and worryingly, it is so difficult to say. I spoke to one who was living in a basement with her elderly family on the day Dimash landed in Dubai and was told that some Dears had left - we were careful as to what we talked about (security reasons) and I haven’t heard since but as I say, it’s difficult. I also know (from other Dear groups) that tickets & accommodation are being gifted for Dimash’s concert in Düsseldorf 💕

@@ruthmanning105 thank you. It is so heartbreaking The one’s who are still there must be terrified all the time. Maybe in time we will hear that they are all safe. We can only hope and pray but it is getting so hard for them now even to get food. 😢

In this cazy time we need beauty and love. That is why we need Dimash . During his concert in Dubai he made it clear what he thought about war and wars. It was a very emotional statement, full of nervousness and compassion ... Unambiguous. And showing love for all people. I live in Poland, 10 km from the border with Ukraine. It touches me strongly what is happening so close to me ... And I'm going to Prague for Dimash's concert, because I'm against war, but for beauty and peace.

Please continue to react to Dimash's music as you've always done..he is a force for love and goodness in our sad and sorry world. Please react to Omir Oter, for me its deeply moving and Im still pondering exactly why.. His is true art, because he is always growing and deepening, I think its actually on a soul level that he is working as he can do anything with his voice.. He is a mystery, and is one of the few humans in our world with the power to attract massive attention, and also being full of spirituality and benevolence. Greetings from Cape Town South Africa, and thanks for your song too!.

Dimash even took time out of his Dubai Concert this week to talk about war I’m sure it deeply effects him because he has sang songs and Knows people in both countries.

Dimash did an interview a few years ago, where he talked about his music training at school when he was younger. He mentioned that when everyone [other male students] started having their voices change [puberty], his music teacher kept insisting that Dimash do both the male and female parts in songs. He mentioned that he didn't want to [embarrassing], but his teacher insisted... Looking back, I imagine we're all glad that teacher pushed him to strengthen all the ranges 🙂

If you get a chance, watch the part right before War and Peace. You’re right, things are so upsetting right now. I feel like Dimash is continuing his concerts to give us a break from the sadness around us. This is Japanese version of Autum Song , sung in The Singer. He wanted to honour the original language this was created in. The singer who sang original, was so very honoured and pleased at Dimash's version and at his accuracy of Japanese pronunciation. Why shud u continue with your reactions? Because you create a space where pple, u included, can maintain the energy of love, with love in our hearts , our energies/love can be sent in whatever form that is right for each person, be it prayer or whatever. In that way we send love to the situation, which in turn can lead to changing thoughts and actions to help bring this war to a healthier conclusion. If we stay in a place if fear, anxtioness , hatred .... negativity, we are maintaining a the negative energies - anger etc. So yes please it is important to continue for yourself and your followers. And if pos make donations financially or food etc etc. I have to say u cud hve mentioned your song, at the beginning whilst u were speaking of your continuation of reviews, rather than completely (for me ) destroying connection with the flow of the song. By the way have u heard Dimashes " War and Peace " it's been played a fair bit because of the world situation, he composed the music for it. Cheers. Will deff listen to your song. Cheers

Dimash is definitely my place I go to so I can forget the horrors of this world. Have you heard his song War and Peace? He wrote it because he hates war. He just sang it at his concert in Dubai and gave a very emotional speech against the war. There are fancams available if you want to hear what he says. He has not only fans, but team members and others he works with in both Ukraine and Russia so it is very distressing for him. I watched an interview with a Lebanese Music Therapist who explained things about his singing I haven’t heard explained before. She said she and many other music therapists she knows only use Dimash in their therapy now. Dr Hamda Farhat. Bit slow getting to the good part but we’ll worth it

Dimash is destined to be here for this time of troubles, and was forecast before he was born, I think it was by his grandmother. His frequencies and performances are repairing worldwide music, which was to a large degree spoilt by Hollywood, and is being removed from Lucifer’s use to God’s. Some clinics use his songs to heal depression, and some of his fans/Dears claim varying degrees of healing and refreshment just from listening to and watching him perform these masters pieces. So, if you just spend time enjoying what he does and following who he is, you will gain health benefits and will assist him in his destiny. As you learn more about him and his upbringing, and how he lives and loves people, you can’t help but understand that his life is being directed from above. So enjoy the ride, if you can afford the time. His fans are very high quality people too. They are drawn to him.

If there is anything in the universe that can relieve stress, it is Dimashes musical soul therapy…everyone always marvels at his range and his techniques and stage presence and artistry and all the countless talents and expertise he possesses, surely, I could write volumes on all it too..bc he is the worlds best at all of it! But, here is the thing that is most remarkable about the young man more than any of that….it is his unique ability, no , it’s more than that, his divinely imparted gift, of soothing the human soul….to bind up the ragged edges of our mind, our emotions our will to keep on keeping on that this unrelenting world chews off of us everyday…and then he take us to other dimensions of ourselves where peace, beauty and sanity reside…..there is no school for that, no coach for that, no you tube video 😉 for that…..it is the Creators gift that flows through Dimash by way of his music straight into that secret space within each of us….pouring out healing, transcendent refreshing peace. This flow is full of strength that we can now use to cope through yet another foolish and feverish human nature gone mad day. Take courage my friend, you are not alone! You are just expressing truth and we all feel it. We watch you react to Dimash, and we feel this miracle of stress relief pouring over us again. Personally, I marvel at our human existence….it paradoxically hangs between agony and tranquility, to be sure. I have been watching and enjoying your reactions for a long time. Now, I will go hear your work. Signed, a grandmother DEAR from half way around the globe. But, Dimash is timeless and borderless…….so it all works. ❤️ keep the faith….

Thanks for another amazing reaction. Here are the lyrics. “Ikanaide (please don’t go)” Verse 1 Nothing, I can’t see anything I have been crying all this time Not because of sorrow Just grateful to feel your warmth Chorus Ah…. Please don’t go Please don’t go Please don’t ever let us separate Ah…. Please don’t go Please don’t go Stay with me forever Verse 2 Someday…..my heart will …..someday… Be somewhere far away Everything will remain only as a memory Though it’s better not to know It’s better not to know Ikanaide was used as the title song for a Chinese-Japanese TV series "Farewell, Lixianglan" about a Japanese actress Yoshiko Yamaguchi (12 Feb 1920 - 7 Sept 2014) who was born in China. She hid her Japanese heritage under the name Li Xianglan. She became famous in China during World War II. However, once the war was over and her identity was revealed, she was accused of being a spy and was deported to Japan. She didn't return to China for many years. Ms Yamaguchi did return to China in her later years as the Japanese Parliamentary Vice Minister of Environment. This song is saying goodbye to her Chinese name Li Xianglan. It is also a metaphor, as the lyrics speak of how a person has to hide what she feels inside. In 1993, Hong Kong singer Jacky Cheung adapted it into Mandarin with the meaning of the song different from that of the original. He called it Late Autumn. In 2004 the Taiwanese singer and Dimash's friend, Terry Lin, adapted the song into a new Mandarin version entitled "Autumn Strong”. Dimash performed the Terry Lin version (Autumn Strong) when he participated in the 2017 The Singer competition in China. He sang it in Episode 4 of the competition and it was his first time singing in Mandarin. Regarding Dimash’s Japanese performance, a Japanese reactor said that Dimash’s pronunciation was perfect. It was as good as a native speaker’s. It shows how much of a perfectionist Dimash is and how many hours he must have spent on his pronunciation and delivery. In addition, Goro Matsui, who wrote the lyrics to “Ikanaide” praised Dimash’s performance and said: “I’ve heard ‘Ikanaide’ sung by foreign singers in their native language many times. Even though they all sing great, none of them seemed to quite capture the sound/reverberation and meaning of the original lyrics and perceive the emotions between the lines. In this song, the phrase ~ Ah, ikanaide~ is repeated several times in the chorus. Although they are the same exact words, each line has a different meaning. “But this is the first time anyone has sung it so beautifully in Japanese. I happened to find Dimash singing “Ikanaide” by chance. The first thing that surprised me was his crystal clear tone and his expressive voice that conveys the lyrics of the song.”

Just a few More days and I finally Go to the Dimash concert im Germany which should have Taken Place in 2020. 2 years of waiting, the worst Time thanks to Corona Madness and now on top of that, War in Europe! I Need Dimash to Stay sane. This is all such a shitshow in this World. Dimash is the one thing I can Turn to and Receive some Comfort and Peace. He is such a role Model, Not just as a Singer, also as a human being. Watch his simple english speech in Dubai. He was so Angry, lost for words as this his third Language. But it felt very genuine and powerful anyhow.

Dimash shared in an interview when asked, that he practices at least 3 hours a day, and still with several vocal coaches from different countries. He said that this is necessary to keep his instrument in good shape. And he shared a few times that it is unavoidable to keep practicing with vocal coaches, because you cannot hear your own voice properly and need the mirror and feedback from outside. He said that even Pavarotti practices this way.

Please, by all means possible, continue with your reactions. especially of Dimash. We need some semblance of normaly to sometimes counteract the devestation happening in Ukraine. Yes, this was sung in near perfect Janapese and it was the first time he has sung in that language. I have watched reactions by five Japanese reactors who are either, singers, vocal coaches and radio personalities and they all were blown away with his pronunciation along with his intonation, his amazing voice and interpretation of this well known and well loved song. The score is the same as Late Autumn/Autumn Strong however the story and lyrics in Mandarin are different, having been adapted some years after the original from 1989. The wonderful thing in singing this song in his Dubai concert was that he switched between Mandarin and Japanese effortlessly. It really was something else and the final notes were sung with the mic in out outstretched hand to the side which he has done many times in his past concerts which shows the true power of his magnificent voice. I am now off to follow the link to your song you mentioned. You will always have a loyal follower of your channel here in Sydney and I love the idea of starting an email account👍🕊🌻💙🇺🇦💛🌻🕊

I wrote this about a year ago now and I have only shared it with with a few of my favorite Dimash reactors. But, given we fellow dears feel the way we do about him I felt you should know the true story behind. HOW DIMASH CAME TO BE DIMASH AND THEN, the fateful day arrived when Dimash asked God. "Father, may I please go down to earth for a lifetime and sing for the people there?" God frowned, looked dismayed and sternly said - with dark clouds, thunder and lighting ominously flashing in the background: "You mean, instead of singing for me every morning, night and day, that I will have to do without you, be deprived, made bereft? And, what about the Celestial Angels? Who's going to teach them how to sing if you are on leave? Do you realize? How much you are asking of me - to give up?" Dimash smiled and said. "Father, you always did have a wonderful sense of humor and knew how to make me smile but, you are too kind, and I unworthy of such high praise yet needless to say, honored and grateful, but in terms of eternity one lifetime away from You won't seem like that much and don't think I won't miss You too. But, this is important to me. The world's going through a hard time now and maybe I can help with my singing to lighten, lift things and people up a bit. Besides, you can always listen in whenever you wish, as we both know." God replied: "OH, OK! Have things your way, but don't think for a second I'm going to like it." God said smiling.

Thank you! We all empathise with your sentiments! I notice that you have not done Dimash's song 'War and Peace' as yet. Many recommend the version performed during D's concert in Kiev (for obvious reasons), but you could also do the Digital Concert version since it was actually filmed/performed in the Ukraine as well - both versions are on his YT channel. If you are interested you can find D's anti-war message during his recent Dubai concert on his Instagram as a separate post. Greetings from South Africa.

Hi, I'm 100 % against the war. The world needs Truthfulness - Compassion - Forbearance. However it's a chaotic time. I'm sending you a video link and humbly suggest, please watch the entire great interview, which is tense and intense building up throughout the video. Director - Oliver Stone is very smart and he is the best. Overall, the documentary is thought provoking, wise, intelligent and surprisingly good. Perhaps, it may help you understand the situation better ... I Highly recommend it! Love and peace. Here it is : Part 1 of 4 Oliver Stone (link) kzfaq.info/get/bejne/iKiYYMynv5unXas.html

Dimash gives us all a little joy & light in our dark days. His song War & Peace is very emotional & he speaks out about war & did so at his recent Dubai concert. This song has a great deal of history behind it & a very true break your heart love story of a Japanese & Chinese radio actress. The same song is Autumn Strong in Chinese & he sang it in the 2017 Singer competition in China. Ikanide means please don’t leave it was writtten in 1980s. The words are a little difficult in Chinese to suit the language. It’s worth the research & comparing his songs in Chinese & Japanese. Of course he was much younger in 2017 but so emotionally connected with the song. The tears in his audience were real.

Although I have listened to this song for more than 100 times and each time I have shed tears, yet while watching you, I felt a world of emotions. The beak up of Yugoslavia, the misery of war, the grievance caused by destruction and loss of loved ones - all the misery that we humans inflict on one another. I hug you from afar and feel with you. May peace prevail. Art is a salvation we have to treasure. Stay well. I would like to add that one of the geniuses of Dimash's singing is what I call "sfumato" effect. Leonardo Da Vinci so masterfully used it in his paintings and Dimash is using a similar technique in his vocal performance. How privileged are we to experience his vocal genius. One more suggestion: If you ever have any doubt about KZfaq, try to find out about RUMBLE.
