Perhaps the only video of a Rapa Nui band, this group has one of the best sounds in all of Polynesia, and is a hit in Tahiti. This video shows their aboriginal clothing, tatoos, body painting, and of course, beautiful Easter Island (Rapa Nui).

This song reminds me of when I was little (in the beginning of the 2000s) and the afternoon this song was on TV and my dad was playing his guitar in front of it. He was in love with this culture (we are almost the same tho).. Now he's not here anymore since 2 months and this song reminds me of him. Love this song from TAHITI. And I love you daddy 💓.

I hope your father is in a better place. I lost min a few years ago. Miss him a lot, and I have very good memoried of him. May this song keep us in touch with those who departed too soon. I also wish the same for the Peace Islanders, inhabitants of Rapa Nui, whose language is severely endangered. We must all remind ourselves of the good things our ancestors did for us. We wouldn't be here without them. I'm sorry for your loss, and I hope you find (or might have already found) a way of remembering the good old days with your dad. I try to do the same every day. Grande pascuenses, siempre los tengo presente en mi corazón. No conozso tan fantástica y ancestral isla pero espero Dios mediante en poco tiempo ser digno de tener mis pies en tan hermosas tierras. Un saludo y sepa gente de la isla que siginifican mucho para nosotros. Ustedes tienen esa paz que a nosotros nos hace falta en este mundo tan vertiginoso que nos hace olvidar lo realmente importante, ese contacto íntimo entre la tierra, el mar y el cielo.

Exelente conjunto innobo la musica de Rapa Nui la moderniso sin perder sus raices haciendola conocida en varios paises de Europa a travez de conciertos y varios viajes a diferentes paises del mundo y presentandola como musica internacional . Pasando por Taiwan y otros lugares de Asia recorriendo incluida la Polinesia Hawai y Tahiti donde causo sensacion tambien en las islas de los atolones, dejo un grato recuerdo

Just wonderful. I was in Tahaiti in 1989- but never heard music that I liked so much. So much feeling. When I first heard this I could not get it out of my head. Its still reaching into my soul.
