I was there a few months ago and when I took the trip from Diagon Alley to Hogsmeade, a "Muggle" attendant asked me "Why are you carrying around a stick in a box? Do you want me to go throw it back in the bush it came from for you?" about my Ollivander's Wand. I was amazed and caught off guard at how splendidly she was doing her job with this because none of the other employees had yet to say anything about my wand in the two days I was there. XD

i'm definitely going to cry of happiness when i get there. i fucking love harry potter.

This blew me away until The Golden Trio showed up and I noticed it's not Daniel's and Emma's voices :(

they shouldn't of included the trio if they couldn't get all of the actors. They should of just either set it in present time with new students (maybe trio's children) or just got other actors from the films like Matthew Lewis and Evanna Lynch. They've already got the trio in the forbidden journey ride there is no need to include them elsewhere.

So, basically, you sit in a booth and watch a 4 minute video while the train moves you from one park to the other.

My mom told me to quiet down because I was going "IT'S REAL IT'S REALLL" even though it's just a ride lol. :P

I seriously hope that the like station people before you get to platform 9 and 3/4 when you ask them about the hogwarts express they just go. "What" or some witty remark since they are techinacally mugles.

The idea of staff at Kings Cross being friendly and helpful and well dressed. Haha! Great simple idea for a ride though, the shadow effects on the doors were a great touch :)

I went with my brother last year and i have to say it was very impressive! I love the escape from gringotts ride because the dragon on the building was simply amazing.

6:02 I LOVE that new version of "Hagrid the Professor" when Hagrid comes flying up :D

Too get the best thrill on that ride, go early. The lines get long and make sure you buy tickets to both parks or you won't be able to ride the train.

Dang, I remember the last time I went to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and I was like "WOW." And now they re-created Diagon Alley and the Hogwarts Express I'm like "MEGA WOW." I just hope that I can see Hermione there in the expansion. I love Hermione so much, I fanboy over her.

Just went there the other day, it's amazing!

Being a lifelong fan of Disney, I find this ride to be very imaginative. Universal did a great job on the immersion. I gotta go see this next time I'm in Orlando. The cast members add a lot to the experience and act like they are at a train station not a theme park. Unfortunately you need a hopper pass to ride this, if I'm not mistaken.

Re: Harry and Hermione's voices, Universal Studios may have picked people who didn't sound like Radcliffe and Watson on purpose. If actors believe you're using their likeness without permission, they can sue you. It happened in the Back to the Future movies--Crispin Glover, who played Marty McFly's dad in the first movie, declined to come back for the second. The producers cast another actor in the role (which was reduced due to Glover not returning) and had him wear prosthetics and imitate Glover. Glover sued them. By using actors who don't sound much like Radcliffe or Watson, neither of them would have the grounds to sue. I actually liked Hermione's actor. She sounded bossy like Hermione should, something Emma lost after the first couple of movies.

When I first went on it, I was surprised with two things: 1. You walked through 9 3/4 (I was surprised until I saw it was glass.) and 2. The window was a TV screen AND the door was also.

Oh my god that is amazing. I loved that Rupert came back as Ron, I completely understand why Dan and Emma couldn't do the voices. The other voice-overs did well considering. :)

I've been Hogsmeade and the Studio Tour and WWofHP Hogsmeade is so much better, there you get to live in and experience the world of HP. I haven't been to Diagonal Alley yet, but I can't imagine how amazing it is! I'm so excited to go there!!

love love LOVE this ride there are 2 different scenes one to and from each area when i first got on it my friend cracked up because i cried like a baby. ever since the books came out i imagined myself going to Hogwarts on the the express and it made me cry knowing it's possible to do now lol

The trip on the train is very imaginative and seems to have been remarkably well realised. The view from the train's windows on leaving London was perfect, of course. (One significant error; UK steam-engine whistles do NOT sound like the American version!) Thanks for the upload.
