U can move the capital when u play as prc in hoi4 so go to desscions and scroll Untill u see move capital u can move the capital to the new (then there is an other word) begjing or keep it as ur normal capital

I remember when I did my Communist china playthrough, and when I wanted to conquer the nationalist china the US guaranteed their independence, so all the allies turned against me, but I was in the Comintern so I called the Soviet Union, the germans declared war on the soviet union too so it all turned into a battle royal kind of a WW3 war where Comitern was against Axis and allies, Allies were against Axis and Comitern and Axis were against Allies and Comitern 😅

实际上并不，hoi4的东亚部分一直饱受诟病，比如中共在游戏中的最优玩法与史实路线几乎完全无关，持久战和运动战明明是不可分割的，却被做成了互斥路线，同时游戏机制也完全没有模拟出游击战和人民战争，做成愚蠢的人海战术等等
