I once see American union state win. Syndycates captured Washington in 41 after AUS captured Denver. My game been fucked up. Its 42 and Spanish civil war still going. Also Germany loses Weltkrieg but survive in Danzig and comeback.Only to die to Russian tanks

I've seen some guy on KZfaq go to war as MacArthur against all the other factions here and the Entente and win. He had to line a bunch of troops up along the Pacific States border before they started attacking and quickly took all the major cities and capitulated them in short order. Although he couldn't hold the Eastern Central States like Kentucky and had to either pull the troops back West of the Mississippi river or east to D.C. before finally evacuating the East coast by sea and landing in Texas then the Sindcate and the CSA were fighting each other and the USA at the same time. Meanwhile he moved the industry to the west coast and managed to churn out a tank division and a constant supply of guns shortly after the Mexicans tried to invade. Additionally; sent the Panama Garrison to Anchorage before the Canadian takeover with a single cavalry division and continuously fortified the area in and around the city and held it. Long story short; he beat them all with even the entire Entente capitulating after all of Canada was taken and MacArthur took the Cincinnatius option then proceeded to take Sidicallist Britian and France with his enormous industrial base and huge battle hardened military. Even before this the game started to give him bogus event tags after a while that didn't synch up to the situation at all (such as news of a coup overthrowing the Mexican government after already conquering all of Mexico), clearly the modders didn't anticipate this outcome.

+lutin grognon+ also the guy encircled and annihilated an entire entente army that had mounted an amphibious assault through southern Mexico and it numbered in the tens if not hundreds of thousands. I didn't include that part due to time and space concerns. Oh and I think that perhaps Alexander the Great would be a more apt comparison in terms of the odds overcome and lands conquered.

In my recent game as USA, I saw a gap in the Pennsylvania-Ohio border and managed to cut off half their entire army in Pennsylvania. The Battle of New York City still took months though.

Sounds like a grognard that hasn't played the HoI4 version, and forgets that the DH version has just as many flaws, and has fewer countries that are fully fleshed out. The HoI4 dev team passed up the DH version a while ago and are adding new content that's not even in the old mod, such as a South America that is actually fully fleshed out outside of Brazil and La Plata.

My best civil war playthough was my PSA one. Managed to bring Hawaii into my sphere and Canada recognized me as the true government. A few months after the war kicks off the entire entante joins me although by the time they get to me the Feds already took some of south Canada. So while they fought a death match I used my divisions to encircle their half their army and book it to Denver only for Long Dong Long to get there first. I'm fucking livid right now before I realize that I can use the Panama Conal because Canada got that shit. So I prepare suicide landings in Texas and Louisiana. Against everything the game was telling me I actually landed and sent my troops to Dallas and New Orleans. Took out the AUS and now the only thing in my way is Reed and the Syindis. Unbeknownst to me, they took the east coast from Massachusetts to North Carolina. Okay whatever, Canada/Free France start pushing through New England and I take that as a sign to start putting pressure on Reed. Next thing I know I'm seeing Union British divisions on my front just outside Detroit. I look over to the Canadian front to see half of New England gone. Ohfuckme.exe. so I make a brand new army group and send them around to the Canadian front only to get there just as they take New Hampshire. I'm this close to blowing my fuckin brains when the Australians (the fucking mad lads) naval evade North Carolina. Meatsbackonthemenue.jpg. I bum rush some SF divisions down to that front and hold it long enough for the Free French to finally realize what's happening and they send a good portion of their army to the Carolina front. After swearing at my TV for 15 minutes I connect the front to my homeland and use my armies there to clean up the mess. After that I all my men in a huge front that spand 3 quarts of the country and turn on front lines. At the same time it turns out the Canadian Navy is actually worth a shit and it brought the Atlantic under control, cutting of Syndi support from overseas, perfect. I'm right outside Chicago, literally close enough to hear Reed shit himself, when fucking MEXICO decides its time and evades. My game is now ruined. I'm bringing all of my power to bare against Reed and completely neglected SoCal and Texas. They're about halfway up Texas when they stop. I'm like 'Nani?' And look down to see the fucking AUSTRALIANS are giving them the work. I tell Reed he can live for now and march half my army to take back my shit. The A.I. must've known what I wanted and they split the country. Allowing me to take my clay back with ease. The Mexicans must've had their main force in my country because just as I take back San Diego the Australians capitulate the Mexicans and hold everything south of Mex City. After making a note to give them ALL of Mexico I finally look up north to see the Syindis pushed back to Illinois and a chunk of Indiana. And finally April 1943, I take Chicago. I let Canada keep New England because let's be frank would anyone really care if they left the union? I give Australia Mexico for services rendered and call it game.

I know im several years late, and that Kaiserredux was a relatively new thing at the time, if it even existed then, but this really would fit more there, given you end up in a 5 way civil war naturally, and you can have Mexico and the entire Entente get involved.

gamer guy they're actually probably the most reasonable: MacArthur has a very good chance of making himself Permanent Military Dictator, American Union State is either a benevolent dictatorship under Huey Long, or an evil "Democracy for the White Man" under the freaking KKK. The Pacific States and New England are eventually taken over by one of the Big 3 or become puppets of Japan or Canada(which is much more authoritarian here). The CSA meanwhile usually turns into a Land of Cooperatives, Strong Unions, and Decentralized Direct Democracy. There's a small chance it goes full USSR totalitarianism, but it usually doesn't happen. Usually.
