Hope I get the message to you Mooji ji Thanks for this video, I'm Clear,Empty, Aware, Awake Being seen and heard here. I rode the bus of Mt. Sahaja video satsang for 14 or so years. Just stopping to say thanks this is my stop to get off now. Transfering to life to let the light shine. ♥😶 🙏☮ wishing love, grace, courage and understanding for all. Thank you Mooji for everything you gave me in the past years. Couldn’t sleep anymore for days and days , trying to hold my conciousness and my awareness- I had massive pain in both legs and every time I fell asleep for moments my pain woke me up again- weeping and wailing time in a space of deep helplessness and great sorrows. Now I seem to overcome this crucial state - slept yesterday during the day and in the night- feel better now… I want to send you love, light and strength and I give all my appreciation for you and the great work you do for us all, who are listening ❤ #ziontrainiscomingourway ❤

I took the time to write down the transcript to this video: Simply leave all concerns all thoughts how distention I leave them now I drop them: If you do this even with the intention the space of emptiness naturally remain be conscious of this emptiness nothing more nothing to develop or change or become simply remain conscious awake empty. No need to ask your mind to cooperate. Discover what it is simply to be. Not the act of being not the verb of being but the noun of being the isness. Some of you if you feel if you’re tempted to stay empty you may also experience some sensation like going into sleep this you cut just remain conscious and empty and doesn’t matter if it feels difficult expect that in the beginning don’t take shape. “Knock” If you choose to remain empty know in the beginning Mind will fight to get its way. Know that it longs to be one with the Being so your resolve stay only in the emptiness. There is no failure, failures don’t count it’s okay so each time we feel we’re back in the mind feel it’s okay no no fight simply come back. This is the training come back to emptiness simple . Refuse everything Mind will offer you not now. “Knock” No identity No plans No creating Pure Being. “Knock” Beaware of mind but don’t get involved stay as awareness like unlimited space clean clear be that space. Timeless Shapeless Be only Awareness without content. “Knock” No imagination no self portrait Beingness has no habit clear. Pay no attention to Mind habits stay as the self shapeless don’t get trapped by sleep clear stay without identity. “Knock” “Knock” no sleeping just Be don’t think. Mind struggles to get the food of your attention stay empty allow Mind to come to heart. No words no identity “Knock” don’t drop the head remain aware yet empty no sleepy keep straight awake without content. No thought is important to you leave all clear awareness awake “AUM” Bell ring very very good you can feel the resistance when we try to keep attention only in beingness feels very unfamiliar when the intention is to hold the attention in beingness you’re begin to feel the power of the habit of the mind and see that unchecked you are the slave of mind. This is changing you see cause naturally the mind need to be in harmony with Being and this is the direct way. Not discussion the direct way holding the attention and you see how much fight. You see some people like fight good fight best fight because gradually although you might feel that it’s you know sometime maybe feel impossible like the mind is winning. Doesn’t matter what matter is you persist the results are coming are growing in you. Maybe you don’t see them yet after you begin to feel the power of just holding the attention in beingness will grow more and more powerful becomes natural also then the mind can enjoy the Being. Mind is not enjoying the being Mind is enjoying bad habit and suffering bad habit. This simple exercise!

your voice is warm and kind, the bell and the wooden sticks make mu jump and they hurt my ears. I can easily stay awake and focussed without sharp hard sounds. ... It is possible that other people don't hear sharp sounds when you use the bell and the sticks. Maybe something is wrong with my ears. :-)
