@@ssataeiseotkcusi7968 I just got lucky to pick up an order that is under NECC or one of its components. since you’re still new in the navy, sorry to say but whatever orders the Big Navy gives you is where you’re going, i’m pretty sure they already handed you your orders after basic training. But if you choose to reenlist years from now or your orders in your duty station (where you about to go after A school) is about to be over, you can contact a detailer & ask them your interested on going to Expeditionary Side or you wanted to go to one of NECC’s component commands & they will check the quotas for you if there’s an opening for your Rate, good luck 👍🏽

@@markosibarra5122 oh ok I’m going to the USS Abraham Lincoln after A school so I’ll see if they could possibly send me there once I report to San Diego

@@ssataeiseotkcusi7968 ok man here’s the thing, if you’re not going to be assigned to any NECC (Navy Expeditionary Combat Command) & NSW (Naval Special Warfare) organization there’s no way you can undergo ECS training. But there’s no harm on asking your chain of command.

Maybe Iran, where you can not listen to Metal music or show sympathy to animals in public. Thanks to the United States and all these courageous women and men from the Navy, Army, Marines, Air Force and SF, evil is pushed straight to the black hole, where it came from. P.S. I have nothing against Russian or Turkish and Iranian culture and people or anything against any religion, but one can not tolerate life under the foot of a political or religious dictatorship. All rates are able to go through ECS.

@@roidwizard2679 Usually you would have to get orders to a command that deploys to combat zones. IE SWCC, Seals, Sea Bees etc.. I am sure that aircraft mechanics have supporting roles with some of the SoF deployed out in combat areas, so those guys would probably have to go through ECS or something similar.

@@Oscar-sc7vn As an AE, I've been told that we do have some type of special electronic reconnaissance assignment that we can get but no one really knows anything about it other than the fact that it seems to utilize this type of training alongside your aviation-electrical training. Thanks

I’ve been on this school few years ago & the reason why they sent me to ECS is because my next duty station is under NECC (Navy Expeditionary Combat Command)
