Because of CBCT, we now know why implants of so called professional and experienced dentists fail as they relay only on IOPAs. Thanks for explaining it thoroughly and yes, it might be a one of the simplest cases for you but to make a treatment plan, this was absolutely tough. Cheers ♥️

Some times overthinking is better for health just as in this case I have learnt here that you should tell the patient every possible outcome of treatment with proof. And the second thing is the satisfaction you get After knowing that complication can happen but you somehow tackle all the stuff. I hope I will practice just like you sir. 😊

very helpful and interesting case sir, just curious here that since its an aesthetic zone and we need a good emergence profile which healing abutment helps us make, so why did you cover all the healing abutment and not around it.
@DRSMFaizan
@DRSMFaizan 3 күн бұрын
Thankyou Eman. Good question! This is not the final healing abutment but is acting like a cover screw. 2 months i will change it to a longer healing abutment which comes out of the gums as usual and will give the emergence profile like all cases :)

Sir, Hopefully you are doing well.😇 Thank you for uploading such an amazing case discussion.☺️ 0:07 :You put so much effort every time to make these videos.🥺🥺 It only increases the amount of respect I have for you in my heart.🥹😇🙏 Thank you for always helping us all through these videos.☺️ 5:04 : So on point ☝️ Better Prognosis should be the goal of any treatment procedure.💯💯💯 6:23 : This is a bit relatable though...😅 Mene toh final year tk bhi handwriting pr daat khaayi huwi hai..😂😂😂 But, after such a long time I do realise that when teachers and mentors emphasise upon something or point out something that needs to be corrected or changed, it is actually good and it is important to pay attention to that.☝️ If those things are improved it gives, a long term benefit. Working on even little things like good handwriting , eventually helped me to understand the concept of attention to details, the art of achieving perfection and a beautiful handiwork whilst doing even the smallest procedure.☝️ Ever since the beginning I was much inclined to science , logic and reasoning. Art never really came that easily to me. I was never an art-oriented person so I had a greater difficulty in embracing Dentistry, which itself by definition is an Art, which of course is backed up by Science. But the 'Art' is mostly seen, the 'Science' remains underneath ; unseen and not very much on the forefront. And many patients would not care about the science behind it, they only want certain results. And a lot of effort then goes into convincing such patients for a certain treatment procedure. Over the past few years, I realised the fact that it's more of my own efforts needed in making my own 'Art' saleable for my own survival in this industry and nobody is going to do that for me I need to do that for myself otherwise the skills and knowledge that I have would not pay me well. The initial difficult days were the only source of motivation that helped me to put an extra effort and greater number of working hours into achieving at least 20 percent of what people might call an "average dentistry". But, with time and with more practice every goal can be achieved. I must say with a little bit of practice everyday not just my handwriting but also my handiwork improved a lot more than what it used to be during the initial days.😇 8:31 : This tooth clearly is non-restorable and so difficult to extract. This tooth is giving me flashback of an extraction I did during my fourth year of BDS. Retrieving an already carious root piece like this was something I had huge fears about back in those days , usually If the buccal plate is so thin it has maximum chances of coming out upon applying the forceps in the worst of the cases , the carious root piece might get crushed inside the socket and is difficult to retrieve. 8:33: Cent per cent agreed.💯 Even during routine extractions in the O.P.D I can guarantee that the roots of any previously RC treated tooth which was highly carious like this one is very very difficult to extract, especially when there is a crown and bridge adjacent to it . 13:04 : 😍😲 Hats off to you.. This is what people say about "magical hands" in dentistry. Difficulties Managed with Ease...👌👏✨ Kudos to the camera person too for such a beautiful picture clearly deserves to be fully appreciated...🤩👏 17:06 : Thank you discussing in detail about the very common mistakes and errors.🙏 And also thanks for discussing in detail about harvesting gingival graft and discussing in detail about the donor site and recipient site regarding the same and also discussing the alternative method too. In O.P.D many times I do that because I learnt from my seniors that , suturing in some cases can be skipped after extraction, which in fact is better to get that beautiful gingival tissue growing at the site of extraction. Much Appreciated .🙏☺️ 20:06 : So appropriately placed implant. Proper placement of implants is a very crucial step indeed.😃👏 Some of the seniors whom I have known for the past few years, they often used to advise the usage of Surgical Guides or Surgical Stents for the newcomers in Implantology in order to to be on the safer side. Nothing of course is able to beat the conventional free hand technique. 20:12: I genuinely want someday to achieve such good handiwork like you..🤩🤩 I really pray and wish that may God bless the work of your hands in abundance.✨✨ By looking at the current dental health status in the subcontinent , I cannot deny this fact that so many patients are in need of such competent and highly qualified Dentists like you.✨💯 20:50 : This is so true... Many people in my own generation are doing this... This is an undeniable fact.🥲 But the sense of humour is another level..😂😂😂 22:20 : Thank you for discussing in detail about the concept of jumping distance. 22:18 : Absolutely right ☝️ Research oriented dentistry is the need of the hour and it can't ever be replaced with "Jugaad".☝️ I think this statement should be an eye opener for every person venturing into Dentistry and especially in a super speciality field like Implantology. 22:48 : Thank you for sharing these important Pro-tips.😇🙏 Such tips are so rarely shared or never shared in our dental community at all and Hence ,I hold great appreciation for them.😌❤️ 26:01 : So true, only if people could realise this , things would have been so different. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful case.😍🤩 At first, by looking at this case... I was pretty sure that this might be an ideal case for Buccal Plate Preservation (BPP) technique.☝️🤔 But, I'm much happier to know that I have guessed it wrongly.😇 At least I have got the chance to relearn things from you.😌 It was an overall good case and there were a lot of concepts to learn from this one single case.✨ Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to make these helpful videos.😇🙏 Indeed you are the best mentor and every keen learner in Dentistry deserves such good mentorship.✨🤍 And I'm sharing it ahead so that it shall benefit others too.😇 May God reward you and your loved ones with lots of happiness, good health, success, peace and prosperity.✨ Stay Blessed Always.😇 Best Regards.🙏

@@DRSMFaizan Indeed, I should be thankful to you for being so considerate.🙏 Aap Senior hain Sir, and you know what is best for your juniors. Aap jb chahein add kr skte hain , bina bataye bhi add kr skte hain.. whichever things you think are best for us as students and are required you may add that as per your willingness.😌🙏 If there are any little things in any of my comments, and you could find it worthy enough to be added, it will give me some happiness and relief that at least as a junior aapke kuch toh kaam aaye hum. Also, if you find any little thing wrong in my comments, please feel free to correct me. I would want to get those corrections, and I am and I will always try to put my perspective in the best possible way, still if any of my words were ever harmful or disrespectful in any manner, I would truly want to apologize to you regarding that.🙏 Though, I know for sure that I will not be able to reciprocate you for all the efforts you have been putting in order to help your juniors.
