And dont sneeze, or fart, or laugh, or breathe too hard. Not even a little cough. My friend while she was pregnant told me while crying that she accidentally peed herself in my car because she sighed too hard. (Her husband was at work and we went to college together). Honestly I laughed a lot and had to pull over because I myself nearly peed myself from laughing so hard. XD I got her home, cleaned it up and texted her that I was sorry for laughing, but it didnt bother me at all.

My husband did this for me in my 3rd trimester and it was so nice. He said the same thing, “She is heavy!” My daughter was 11 lbs 4 oz, so I really did need the break. 😅

Yes, it was awful! She was 41 weeks and by week 39, I felt all I could do was lay in bed. It was so exhausting.

I felt the same way when I was obese. In water I felt so much better because the strain was off my back and hips but I could feel it when I came out again. It was part of what motivated me to lose weight.

The relief of a full breath after giving birth still trumps it for me. I had a 10 pounder and could NEVER breath. My hubby did do this for me though and it was dreamy.

I literally bawl at this. I hear her saying "I'm scared" but she loves him so much and trusts him that despite being scared she went through with it. And he loves her so much he did what he thought of that might help her. That's pure unadulterated love and dedication to his wife and daughter and family as a whole. We men will never know the pain of having a weight in our belly for several months. We also don't know the pain of going through menstruation a few days a month for nearly half of our life. The best we can do is listen to and support the women in our life as much as we can. Things like that should be taught in schools.

You don't typically notice it so much, because Kay's always just being herself, but as soon as Tay took the baby weight, every muscle in Kay's body just MELTED!!! I've never had a baby. (I had a hysterectomy at 40 due to a 12 lb uterine fibroid/ovarian cyst, though, so...close in the "heavy" department.) But I can just imagine that momentary relief to not have to carry that for a minute. It's okay, Kay. Sooner than you think, Bean will be here and you'll gain ANOTHER full-body strength you didn't realize you would be great at -- Mama's Love. ❤
