There’s only one way to see the best of New Zealand's beautiful Bay of Islands and that’s by boat. In this video, we join Fullers Great Sights on their three-hour Hole in the Rock Dolphin Cruise.
You can board the sleek Dolphin Seeker in either Paihia or Russell. We journey out to the end of the Cape Brett Peninsula (stopping along the way to meet some of the region's marine-dwelling locals), before setting a course for the famous Hole in the Rock on Motukokako Island. If the conditions are right on the day, you'll get to cruise right through the sea cave tunnel. It's quite a thrill!
