Wow I have never heard of sending thank you cards for Christmas gifts. I love making spreadsheets to organizing just about everything. Christmas spreadsheets are nice to have also because you can look back at the past years to see show you bought for and what you bought them. Very helpful!

I would divide the "gift" column in "buying", "wrapping" and "giving/sending" and I'd go checking those boxes as I did those things :)

I think another good thing to add to the binder would be a section to write what everyone got you for gifts to make writing thank you cards easier after christmas!

These dividers are by post it. They are called durable filing tabs. I got mine at staples.

We do grab bags, so I have many to buy for. I have a system, but was looking for a better one, and this is it!! I also organized my bins containing my decor. I am going to add a list of my bin inventory to this binder when I get it put together.

Hey, this video was posted on my birthday! Anyway, thats not important, LoL. But I want to let you know that you have changed my mindset. I had loved organising since long, but used to give up quickly. After watching your videos (i think I have watched all of them!), I realised I didn't do it effectively. Do when things got messed, I got upset and given up. Now I always ensure that my system doesnt break. Thanks to you!

Im inspired ..you can have dividers for every month with birthday dates and things you now they love and cherish so you know with what you can be inspired when making a gift for them

I love the check list idea. It might be a good idea to add a couple of rows to the bottom to check off thank you cards you might need to send out to folks that unexpectedly gave you a gift.

For card holiday I use shutterfly I'm addictive to it. Is fun and cheap! I can give custom cards to all my family. Is a good idea if you have big family and not like to write a lot.

Can you do a tutorial on how you make your columns and all on Excel? I love the set up. Also, do you stock up the binder as much as you can for the next year after done with this years items? Alejandra, I love your binder. Where did you get your address labels, they are so cute. I bought a Red Better Binder and the dividers you suggested. I also put a pretty Christmas paper in the pocket. I cut out the same scrapepaper the size of the slot on the side of the notebooks and used black on clear tape to label it Christmas. Just to make it more fun. Happy Holidays!!!

Dya know what really gets my goat ? When you put a lot of thought into peoples presents and spend ages researching and buying special things from Ebay or Amazon for that person. Then come Christmas morning, you get a text off all your friends, which says the exact same thing --- "Thank you for my presents" and that's it !! You feel like texting back and saying "Go on then . . . what did I get you ? You have no idea, have you ! In all the Christmas morning mayhem, you have opened my gift and now its lost in some pile somewhere" . . . . When I send all my thank you texts on boxing day, I always list every single item that, that person has bought me and I make something of it. Like "thank you so much for the scarf, I love the colours" . . . "thank you so much for the candle, I really like that fragrance". Its just pure bloody laziness, to simply put "Thank you for my presents". Every year it leaves me so deflated and I think to myself "Dya know what . . . next year im just gonna go buy like 15 bath sets in the sale and hand those out !" 15 bath sets with NO THOUGHT WHATSOEVER, put into it !

A Cookie Exchange ! Ooo that sounds nice. We don't do anything like that in the Uk ! And thank you letters are practically extinct now. Like I said in the other comment, everyone just sends out 1 single 'round robin' text to ALL. When I get my thank you texts on Christmas morning, from all my friends, I know for certain that the same message will have been sent out to at least another 15 people ! Isnt modern life just awful !

These dividers are from Staples. Make sure you get the the ones with longer tabs!! I got the ones that are short (i assume for numbers or alphabetical dividing?) Anyway the only way i could tell the difference was to compare the pictures on the cover. The short ones wont fit full words on them unless your label is a smaller font :/
