Thank you for the idea that using plastic plates for the holidays can still look nice. My thanksgiving gatherings are of 20 people and the thought of cooking all day and washing all the dishes is overwhelming. So pretty!

Everything looks so beautiful! I love the green fluted plates and the way you tied the satin table runner at the ends! And I love the white Christmas houses on the table scape. But Forks always go on the left side of the plate! 😂 It’s a pet peeve carry over I have from catering and serving. Forks on left then on the right of the plate- knife, blade facing in, with spoon to the right of the knife.

Helpful tip, if you toss table linens or curtains in the dryer for about ten minutes on medium or high, depending on the material, you can get rid of all the creases. Much easier than ironing or steaming.

Beautiful, but I always wonder how practical , I’ve started decorating my table decorating today but it’s literally two candle sticks vase in the middle on a simple white table runner . Like we’re do you put all the sides / veggies/ gravy/ turkey 🦃 should I go on 😅

Both table settings are beautiful but just concerned about landfill if you’re not going to keep the beautiful plastic plates, I hope you do keep them or at least donate to charities afterwards and or shelters that feed the homeless at Thanksgiving/Christmas next year if they are kept well wrapped up just so they stay nice. You did a wonderful job but I'm a little concerned on the amount of plastic used; it's because I've seen the pictures of the landfills and what we've done to our beautiful planet. I'm sure they can be washed but then what's the point, might as well use the beautiful real things. Plastic is good when picnic ng, camping, etc.

I can't believe you are using plastic! Where is the idea of using your own dishes. I would never use plastic in holiday entertaining.
