Thanks for the video. I've heard that Brittany is also a good place for finding a school to learn French. I guess Brittany could be less expensive than Paris for living. Best regards from Mexico

Hi ! Britanny is in fact not really expensive. Consider avoiding Paris, Nice and Bordeaux which are the most expensive cities. But overall avoid all the biggest cities if you don't have much money. If you have questions you can ask me.

Rennes (largest city in Brittany) is currently a major Erasmus city,. I live here and there are many students from different countries, good schools and faculties, affordable living costs (except to find an apartment, that can be complicated and sometimes expensive depending on the location when you are a student but much better than in Paris). There is a great mix of population, a very festive atmosphere for the students but also calm and relaxing (only 1 hour by car to the beaches in the North towards Saint-Malo, Dinard etc... and the same to the South beaches to Vannes, Carnac, Quiberon...) Leave the city and you very quickly find yourself in the middle of the countryside or forests, with many historical places and tourist sites mixing Breton roots and French history. You should also know that having a car is not a necessity (especially in town) but will be very useful if you are staying for a long time. You can also visit France by train very easily, only 1h30 to Paris. Then from Paris all over Europe (from Rennes 6h to London in total, Barcelona 10h, Madrid 13h, Amsterdam 7h,...) So Brittany is definitely a good choice for a foreign student! See you soon maybe !

Hello guys, I loved your video. The places you have been to, are quite similar to of our interest. ❤ I was curious to know the name of the locations you showed. I can take it from transcript though. It would have been helpful, if there was name of those exact locations in the video. Looking forward to your new experiences. 🤗

Brittany is a celtic country where Breton language (Brezhoneg) , similar to Welsh ( Kembraeg) is still spoken .French government is still aiming to eradicate this language , doesn't follow international laws and treaties defending lesser used languageBretonpeople is still struggling for Homerule(Emrenerezh).

We went in August 2021, it was a cold summer and temperatures were in the average 23C. Keep in mind that the Atlantic waters never get warm like the mediterranean.

We were at St. Malo today. Water isn’t exactly warm, but we saw 2 men in wetsuits swimming. Still put my feet in to say I’ve been in the English Channel, cool but not frigid. Sunbathers on the beach, but chilly wind all day.
