Hibiscus Moon has amazing beginner videos on crystals and really knows about crystals, she is actually a teacher of science and geology. This girl has beautiful crystals but she doesn’t seem to know anything g about them other than they are cute and pretty and good for display pieces, which is all true but she doesn’t appear to know their properties or what they are good for when it comes to healing or protection or magical uses.

Lol 😄 I didn't know I could collect them for myself! Over time with change and being busy I forgot about them until I watched your video earlier this year. It brought back all the memories and love for crystals! 💗 I watched the video before we went on a road trip and the first gemstone shop we came to I started my collection and its grown ever since! :) I've even though of taking the next step and studying geology. Thank you so much for the inspiration! 💗😁

Samantha Avelar I don't believe that specific crystals can heal certain parts of the body or ailments (to each his own), but I do believe that they are generally healing to the soul in a similar way that animals or music are. Holding and looking at something earthy of such unearthly beauty is really special.

Samantha Avelar Search for a Lepidolite crystal. I have suffered with terrible anxiety, depression and an uneven temperment my whole life, so I purchased this stone to aid with these issues since it has a high lithium content. This crystal does an AMAZING job at calming me down and making me feel like a normal person. Google Lepidolite properties and you will be welcomed by a vast amount of information on the stone. 😊

its one thing to collect them because they look beautiful, thats one way of relating to them beautifully, and its a whole another level of relationship with them when you are aware of how crystals affect your consciousness , energy body and chakra points and meredians, then its hard to keep them in a shelf under glass, because your hands will be using them all the time to work with their energy on your body. and it will feel like you want a crystal BLANKET to keep them on you all the time, They deepen the meditation , like magnetic force. even when you just look at them , they sooth you , by looking at them and taking in their color into you , there is color healing happens. I am more drawn to rough natural grown crystals , i like polished ones too , they are amazing but there is something about the natural crystals , grown in a certain way by mother earth. and as you continue to hold them, use them on your body, take them with you , meditate with them , most of them may not always look polished and perfect, they may get scratched or dented or loose their sharp points but that will never interfere with how they work on you, and their imperfection becomes a beauty in its own light, because now you have long time companions who are with you, who work with you metaphysically and energetically, even in dream and out of body experiences. Its energetic relationship. its like the relationship with the SUN or EARTH because you know they affect your cells and state of consciousness.

Do you have any tips for buying gems? For example, knowing genuine gems from fakes (particularly when they're smaller in size), buying online, particular international sellers. I'm really wanting to start a collection but I'm too nervous to purchase anything for fear that they'll be fake! Love your videos. :)
@ashlynw.72917 жыл бұрын
d ljm You're best bet is to buy from reputable sellers. It's impossible to tell a real from a fake online, so I recommend doing some checking on who you're buying from. Some great sellers are Solstice Store and Alicia Coral Jewels; they're both on Etsy. In terms of genuine gems when you visit a shop, you can always ask the seller to disclose where they obtain the gems, but an easy way for me is to hold the stone and feel for imperfections. Even smoothed stones will have minor imperfections and sometimes you can just sense a fake. Hope this helps!
@chibishe82547 жыл бұрын
Ashlyn W. Also! Real stones are cold to the palm, while fake ones are usually room temperature. This helps when in stores but yeah!
@jasminemarisa39295 жыл бұрын
@htxcrystalco on instagram sells beautiful authentic crystals. we also give out a free intuitively chosen crystal with every purchase 🕉 usually you can feel the difference in weight, how it sounds when you tap on it, if theres small bubbles throughout (not enhydros, those are very real) it is likely glass.
