On my stream earlier, I became the ninth player in the world to defeat Any Radiance! I'm very happy with how I played throughout the stream, reaching the final phase 6 or 7 times in just an hour and a half or so. I was surprised by how much trouble the final phase gave me, but I'm glad I was finally able to clutch it out with a lucky enough platform and climb phase!
Shoutouts to Bob Fred and Allison Fleischer for making the mod, as well as the players featured in my GOD GAMERS video who inspired me to give this a shot.

I love how Baldur Shell is a near-useless Charm that, it turns out, is actually extremely useful in these extremely specific, absurd challenges that modders came up with themselves.

@@pirilon78 I wouldn't say it's op. Without baldur shell it's not going to proc much and ontop of that it's preformance is always random especially if you can't heal some. It takes great timing and 5 notches for it to be a little more reliable.

Well, with context makes sense; he's been in the last phase 5 times in just an hour. Doesn't help that it's also the "easiest" part of the whole boss fight. Also for another reference, I believe he only got to the final phase 3 or 4 times in 4 hours on his first stream. Edit: Mb, it's all in the description, lmao.

well, learhing the radiance fight involves a few different phases: 1. die immediately on your first attempt 2. get back to the fight and die at the exact same point 5 more times - first phase of frustration 3. get to the second phase once, then die 4. repeat 2 5. repeat the previous steps for every single phase until you are in the final phase 6. die a couple more times 7. beat the fight for the first time 8. when trying to beat it again, die another dozen times before you beat it a second time - second phase of frustration 9. over hours of attempts, eventually get to a point where you can beat the boss more or less consistently 10. repeat steps 1-9 for absolute radiance - phase of total mental destruction (now the good thing is, once you get semi consistent at absrad, regular radiance will no longer pose any thread to you, so there's that :D)

I love how unlike all the other people that did this who put in tens of hours in practicing and freaked out when they won, fire does two streams and just accepts it as just another challenge completed.

To be fair though, he did do extensive research on the boss and various techniques and strategies before throwing himself at it. However, he still did unbelievably well, obviously. Absolutely insane.

Try to abuse parrying as much as possible when he triple-swings at you and don't forget to jump when he is doing the spikes from the ground and only try to heal one mask when he is staggered, also Hiveblood is OP against him.

I'm currently feeling like dying after like 20 failed attempts at pantheon 3 all bindings. I did the first one first try, the second one second try, that should show you how big the jump in difficulty is. I also did a few attempts at pantheon 4 all bindings, which on first glance looks maybe a tiny bit easier, but I've yet to beat pantheon 5 with even a single binding on. Also, I tried radiant AbsRad for like 3 hours spread accross multiple days, and it's discouraging.

@@thegrunch6448 I am talking about all bindings at once for P3 and P4...That's why I contrasted it by saying that I couldn't do a single binding in pantheon 5. As for which bosses are giving me trouble, well, the collector and grey prince zote(haven't past him once, but I also only reached him three times) for P3, and for P4 I haven't tried a whole lot, but Lost kin always stresse me out in the first half.

that's actually insane. i had popped into the stream for about 10 minutes and in those 10 minutes you got to the end and unfortunately died. it was kind of inevitable you would do it today.

I got just in time to watch it live. Incredible performance! It continues to astonish me how high the skill ceiling for this game can be. Also, I just love that even a god gamer falls into the abyss sometimes (2:16) lol; I always feel like such a noob when it happens to me, so it's rather validating to see it happen.
