From what I understand, Uber made changes to their app which screws up Maxymo from filtering Uber requests but Lyft is still normal?

I believe you are correct and I don't see why when there is going to be a driver that is going to take the ride.

sorry you had a crappy night. i finally got a challenge on lyft to where i get a bonus if i do a certain amount of fares. so far, i completed half of one, and that got me to my goal. so i said to hell with the other half of it. lol. i'm going to relax. looking forward to more videos!

LOL, I like your effort to reward analysis. I do the same with some of Lyft's incentives. I'm thinking to do a solid month of Lyft only to see if I can hit the weekly EV goal and how that compares to the Uber EV incentive. Again, effort vs reward.

Yep the same week you drove I barely made $100 in 6 hours that week. It was painfully slow. Goal before the summer was $200 a week. With the slowness I drop it to $100 a week unless there are significant events going on that week

I am hoping to cover my expenses this month and the same for July. I am seriously looking at every possible option to increase the activity, accept sitting in the airport queue.

@@bMacUberDriver Totally understandable with the whole airport queue especially with long waits there. I don’t even do rides to the airport because neither Lyft or Uber pay anywhere near a dollar a mile typically and then I have to dead mile my way back to Citrus Heights or Rancho.

Exactly. I can get good paying ride to the airport from downtown and every once in awhile from the burbs. Getting something out from the airport is generally crap.

It is a tougher gig for sure right now but there is money to be made. Uber has transitioned from a company throwing money out the door to one looking to maximize profit and as a driver we need to do the same. @VinnyKuzz, a fellow FL driver, is feeling the pain too, so you're not alone.
