Its a 'good' fat to use in your cooking. Great health benefits. Ive not used it for baking cakes but its perfect for frying.

butter ghee is the best thing ever! its literally just butter you use for cooking it gives the food amazing flavour! try using when you cook rice, you will noy be disappointed and it usually costs about £5 in Tesco for that mini one so theres a deal!

Hi! Butter ghee is usually used in South Asian cooking. It does the same thing as regular butter but its more oily. It tastes really good in food! :)

I'm a 90s kid. I remember having a cupcake doll. they smell amazing! also my grandparents brought me a penguin run for Christmas one year and it was my favourite present. brings back so many memories. for £6.99 I might get one lol!

Butter ghee is used in cooking traditional Pakistani indian curries. mum used it in her Pakistani dishes instead of cooking oil

Ghee is a type of butter traditionally used in South Asian dishes, such as biryani! Being an Asian myself, I can tell you that it's a literal essential in every Asian household. 😂 I think its a form of butter which has a lot more less 'lactose' because the liquid fats, and milk solids are removed. U should try it Callum! 🤷‍♀️

Ghee is used in Indian cooking. The pesky stuff was the reason I couldn’t have Chicken Tikka Masala when I was dairy free! Thankfully I’m starting to be able to tolerate it again ☺️

Butter ghee is clarified butter. It's used alot in South Asia but can be used in anything I guess as a butter substitute. It's made from milk but as the milk solids are removed it has less lactose than regular butter.

A tip for all of us that love glitter at Christmas , spray the decorations with a light coating of hairspray a little glitter still falls off but it is much less. 🎄

Ghee is used commonly in Asian households, I use it to cook Pakistani dishes including curries and even sweet dishes :) even cake.
