Ok. Theory time. You clearly are onto something. others have also picked up on this weird energy. I try to balance logic with my ✨spidey senses. My brain and body are fireing 😅. The energy may feel repellent but because it is perceivable, it may act as an invisible “X marks the spot situation”. So, spirit could be trying to get our attention to the area (or there is residual energy), or, there might be something underground that is generating so much EMF (electromagnetic field) that it is physically perceivable. Many times ppl think they have a ghost in their home when it was EMF making them have symptoms or sickness that can be similar to a haunting. Many time it’s not emf 😳😅. Some are so sensitive to EMF they can’t be around any wires or electronics. So, Secret underground room? Secret tech?
